Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

We went through the drive-thru and ordered a half pound beef and cheddar and broccoli and cheese baked potato with extra broccoli and extra cheese which came to a whopping total of $18.72. The price of Arby's anymore is ridiculous, on top of all of this the service was not bad but they got really confused. When we first pulled up they handed us a strawberry lemonade which wasn't a part of our order, then realized it wasn't and asked for it back and then turned around and handed us a sweet tea as to which they never figured out it wasn't even ours. Then proceeded to stand there with a dumbfounded look on their faces. We were only going there because the friend that was with us wanted something, we personally do not go there because of the prices.

And I just now realized on the receipt I guess in order to protect their mistakes, they don't even have Arby's wrote on there anymore and where it says employee it just says generically order-taker. I guess that is to protect theirselves, wow...

We went through the drive thru after church on August 16, 2015. When arriving at the window, the attendant was not pleasant and I felt rushed to give the order. There's no menu to view until you get to the location to place your order. There were no cars behind me so I asked for a couple of seconds. At the window, the female attendant did not speak, other than to ask if I wanted any sauces. How difficult is it to say hello and thank you? After handing the food through the window, she closed the window and walked away. I didn't know if that was it or not so I waited for her to return to see if that was it.....and it was. Again, thank you would be nice. I hope they realize we are paying them. If she had been my server in a restaurant, she would not have been happy with her tip.

I visit this Arby's usually once a month, when in the area. It's hit and miss on customer service but the food is...

After years of ordering the same roast beef sandwich with the roast beef shaved, I mean thin they have lost my business. We ate here as a family for a long time. You know how expensive that is, $50 TO $60 and that being about 3 times a month. Now, I simply can't get the Arby's to slice my meat for my sandwich thin. Why? I have an arbys 1 mile from my house and I drive to Mechanicsville. I will never order here again unless Dakota is working.

THEN..... WHEN I RETURNED HOME I realized we only had 2 of the 4 sandwiches that we ordered! I guess I was too furious that they claim they can't do something I have done everytime and shave 1 sandwich that I didn't realize until getting home.

WHO CARES 1/2 THE PEOPLE DONT HAVE DINNER????!!!!!

THEN!!!!! THEY SAID THEY CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS OVER THE PHONE!! THEY CAN ONLY CREDIT MY NEXT MEAL, AND I NEVER PLAN TO RETURN!! SO I GUESS...
