LOUDOUN KABOB — Restaurant in Virginia

All reviews for Loudoun kabob are fabricated from friends and family. I generally never leave a bad review because as a small business owner I understand the importance of bad reviews.

Details of my experience and food:

I ordered food from them for an iftar party on Friday April 30, 2021. No one ate the food and later all of my guests complained that the food was terrible. Lamb was extremely dry and rice were stale. My mom called them the next morning as it was too late to call them the night before. Idrees picked up the phone, and he was extremely rude to my mother, he told her to call back when the manager is there after 5PM. My mother called back after 5PM and Idrees told my mom to stop calling again and again.

After that, I called Idrees around 6PM the same night, I told him that he should not be rude to his customers and he continued his rude attitude and unwillingness to accept that they had given us rotten food and that they could compensate us for it. He then told me to call back on Monday when the manager is there. On Monday, today, my mom called as I was busy with work and Idrees threatened my mom saying "the way your son spoke to me, I wish I could see him". So I called him back and politely asked to speak with the manager, he refused to give the phone to the manager and said we were making up the fact that the food was bad, and if we don't like their food we do not have to eat there again.

My family and I will not be going there again. Terrible service and there are too many kabob places in the area for these people to have our business.

I will report this incident to BBB and to the Department of Health for...

This is the best kabob I’ve ever had and I’m hard to please as I’ve tried it all! I’ve tried this place twice already and I will continue to go as the food is ALWAYS fresh and seasoned to perfection. I usually get the chicken & ground beef kubideh with potatoes, spinach and chickpeas and they’re all amazing. I’ve had the chance to taste the chicken and it’s juicy and tender as well, zero complaints! My food is always ready in a timely manner and they have yet to mess up my order.

I cannot write this review without expressing how amazing the customer service is here. The food itself should’ve been enough for me to write the review, but after the interaction I had with one of the employees, I couldn’t hold off anymore on writing this! I’m not really sure of the two guys names that work in the front, but they always deliver the most efficent customer service. I returned months later and they still remembered me even though I’ve only been once before! They will always try their best to accommodate you in the best way possible with no complaints. I never receive attitude or disrespect from them always and I appreciate it so much. I am a little confused as to why they have any bad reviews at all to be honest, but I can say personally, I’ve always had a pleasant experience. For the person that claimed all of the reviews being written are fabricated, well I can surely reassure you this one isn’t! Don’t ever change guys, I will return and continue to bring someone...

Been hearing a lot about Loudoun KABOB nowadays. Went to check out myself with the family & it became one of our favorite restaurants from now on.

Ambiance: Instantly felt that I was in a different country by their awesome decorations, seating's, etc...

Food Taste: Here comes the food blowing our minds. Banjan Borani out of this world... First thought it's an eggplant dish without any meat but went for it & it was the best decision we made. Then comes 4 plates of the Kabuli Palaw, Rice, Salad, etc... Oh my god... never knew it would be so awesome. Kids who have to be forced to eat at home just devoured Kabuli Palaw by themselves & so freaking fast that we didn't believe our eyes. Then, comes the kabob, the most well done Lamb/Chicken Kabobs we ever had till now... along with Fresh Naans, Spinach, Chickpeas, etc... with Generous Quantities.

Price was Reasonable. We ordered a platter & it was more than enough for our family.

Customer Service was excellent. Owner is very down to earth person, checking every now & then... Had a nice chat with him on the way out & he mentioned that they are trying to maintain the authentic taste from back home country instead of changing the taste to standard common bland taste just to get more customers. Makes sense to me, that's what people come for...

Recommendation: For us, it has been definitely a great long weekend outing... Recommended...
