I'm down grading the 5 stars to 3 stars due to repeated inconsistencies. After reordering the Mediterranean Chicken Salad about 10 times, the quality is trending downwards. Instead of including mixed greens the chef includes more and more iceberg lettuce... essentially, exclusively ice berg.
If I ask for spinich, I now get six to eight spinach leaves on top of a field of ice berg lettuce (see attached image). Usually they include a slice garlic bread (which is really tasty) but it wasn't included this time.
Not only is the product inconsistent, but so are the prices. While the prices are relatively competitive, the pricing and "deals" are inconsistent between the paper menu, the signage on the building, the live-response from a phone call I made and the store's website.
I hope the new owner is able to overcome the inconsistencies as the unmet expectations really detract from the experience. I'll order from them again, sure, but maybe they need some time to standardize their product and pricing.
----------------- the review was 5-stars I highly recommend the Mediterranean Chicken Salad. While it comes with a side dressing, the side dressing is unnecessary. It's that good. The garlic bread is zesty and delicious. It's quite filling, tasty, healthy and (still) quite...

I'm a pizza addict. I know it, my friends know it, my family knows it. I travel a lot for my job and I've moved several times, so I've eaten so many different pizzas from so many different places around the united states. I am always down to try pizza from different places. When I moved to Ashburn, I tried 13 local pizza places. Ones with lots of high reviews, ones I found on forums, everything. All of the pizza was between a 4-6 out of 10 in taste, and wanted $20+ for a large cheese pizza. I was heartbroken.
Yesterday, I got a pizza from yet another pizza place. It was so bad, and I was so upset, I went out immediately after and went to the closest pizza place in the area, which happened to be Carnegie Pizza, and bought a large cheese pizza.
This pizza was perfect. While not the greatest pizza I've had in my life, it was an easy 8/10. Crisp, tasty crust. Perfect amount of cheese distributed evenly across it. Tomato sauce that was not too sweet, and not too tomato tasting (most places use too much tomato paste). And to top it off, reasonably priced. This will absolutely be my go-to local pizza place...
Read moreWe ended up ordering vegetarian pizza, but when going to pick it up, we learned that they apparently forgot to make the pizza. The employee had such a bad attitude and was extremely rude in his response. He said it would be another 20 min to wait for it to be made. My husband asked if we could get a discount since we had been waiting for so long and so the employee making the pizza says, “What? Do you want me to give the pizza for free?” To which my husband gave a sufficient reply. Then the guy phone called the owner (absent at the time) and told him the situation. They then told me that they will not give my any discount, take it or leave it. Mind you, we had guests at home watching a big sporting event, eagerly waiting for the pizza. We were stunned at the lack of customer service and lack of empathy. They essentially made my husband wait 40 minutes for pizza that never came paired up with completely rude and unethical behavior. I have been telling my circle to avoid this place if you want to be...
