I called in a pick up order of the 1 topping large pizza and 12 wings special. The person taking my order was professional. I received 10 wings and the pizza's cheese was spoiled. My son ate a whole slice before I bit into the pizza. He said it smelled funny but when I took a bite I knew the cheese was bad. I've eaten here before and had great pizza in house. I called to see if they would replace the pizza with wings. My son ate those and they were delicious. I was told by the manager Carlos, that they would replace the pizza with more wings, or refund $9 of the $19.95. My son was still hungry and I had yet to eat along with my husband, so we ordered more wings and brought the pie back as requested by Carlos. When Carlos came to the front, he smelled the pizza, said nothing was wrong with it, and that I just didn't want the pizza!! One slice was gone and another bit, where I tasted it, I told him he should taste it, Carlos refused to taste his own product that he claimed nothing was wrong with. My son and I were up all night going back and forth to the bathroom. He is fine now, but the fact that the pizza's cheese was bad and managers attitude was worst, means that my family will NEVER eat here again. Which is a shame because I ordered their take out because the pizza I've had in house on lunch a few times has been great, better than the main chains in the area. What ever the reason for the bad pie, the bad service made this post possible, I've never been treated in such a way before. Carlos actually argued with me in front of other pick customers and in house customers, when all he had to do was take responsibility for his product. Let me start by saying that I’m not writing this cause I expect anything from this restaurant. I just want everyone to know what happened. I was told this place was good so I wanted to try. So I called to place an order for pick up. Then when I went to pay on the phone he told me three times that we can only pay when we pick it up. So after trying to cancel he said that he would find someone to process the order. Then comes back on phone to take my card information. He just didn’t want to do it. Ok now when opening my food my wife found ant or mosquito crawling on her salad. So I immediately started checking my salad and another one. When I called them back and asked for a manager he said that he was the manager. So then I asked for the owner and then he said he was the owner. So the first time I asked for his name he said it was Noel then he said it was carlos. I explained what happened he said it was impossible because they don’t have those bugs in their restaurant. He also tells me he not going to give no refund or food. I told him that I never asked for food or money I just want to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. Before I came into the restaurant I called and asked about vegetarian meals and the man on the phone said come in and check out our menu so I'm like cool that's what I'll do since your not that far and I wanted Italian food. So I order Eggplant parmesan, Chicken Parmesan, and I ordered separately an Vegetarian stromboli with eggplant instead of bell peppers with an extra upcharge. I wait for the food for about 25 mins no complaint about that but when I go back inside and try to grab my receipts I noticed a older man throw them away so I don't say anything because I assumed the food was all correctly made which was a mistake on my end because the stromboli was full of meat such as ham, beef, and salami.
