In the past I have had several bad experiences in this Subway from rude or creepy employees but today this Subway officially became a place I'll never go to again. When I walked in I asked the guy taking orders how his day was. He ignored me and asked what I wanted. When I placed my order he huffed angrily and walked to the back to get what I wanted. First of all ALL the food should be kept out where the customer can see it because after he was visibly upset he had to walk to the back to get it it's hard to trust the quality of it. After the sub was made the lady ringing me up was extremely rude and made it very clear I was being rushed. Again I asked her how her day was going and she responded by telling me my total. I then informed her that I would like to add points to my card. She then huffed and seemed very annoyed but allowed me to add points. And finally I asked for a cup so I could get some ice FOR THE BOTTLED DRINK I PURCHASED THERE and she handed me a cup the size of a mouth rinse cup you'd find in a bathroom. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. Everyone there makes it very clear that they don't care about the customer at all. Read moreWhoever was working on sep 6th 2023 at around 8:20pm was not very friendly. First off, no one was to be found for about five minutes when my fiancé walked in…. Oh well but that’s how it started off. Then the guy kept trying to close the sandwich before my fiancé was even closed to finished telling him what we needed… he did this multiple times! Which is so rude. Then my fiancé asked for extra onions (like he wantted ten possibly) and the guy said he was going to have to charge him extra for onions? 🤔 I mean if that’s the policy then okay, but no subway has ever told us that before. So the person who was serving us was just very rude and lazy trying to close our subs so quickly before my fiancé could ask him for anything else. Also there was no one else in the store so there was no reason for him to be rushing us. Good service goes a long way…. Read moreI gave this place a chance, and by that I mean I went regularly for a couple of years (years!). The old fellow in charge is rude. I've seen him use a nasty tone with his employees. One time he talked down to me because of something going on with another customer (apparently we're all the same). One time I was telling him what I wanted on my sandwich and he gave his employee a look like I was weird or something. Yesterday I went in, and the employee behind the counter just yelled at me the whole time. He was yelling at me like I was burdening him. Nobody else was in line either. This place either 1) needs to go out of business or 2) needs a new owner and new managers.
