I got in line on a Sunday evening as a way to mark the end of summer, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a line of 6-8 people to place their orders and another 4-6 people waiting for their ice cream on the other side. Service at both counters was friendly and efficient given the number of customers. I waited for what seemed like five minutes or so which I thought was reasonable. Others ate their ice cream around the store, but I took my ice cream away so I could freeze one for the next day and eat the other. The flavor selection was more diverse than what I had seen at a couple of other ice cream parlors. Not being as much a chocolate or nut fan as most, I was able to sample four more fruity flavors in two small cups for just over $10 total. The textures for all four scoops were predictably smooth throughout. The pie-flavored scoops of key lime and apple crunch had the brightest tastes for me. I liked the crunch element for the apple pie scoop, and I found the bright green color for the key lime appealing (I hope it was not artificial). The banana scoop was also quite satisfying, even if I had a deeper flavor elsewhere. The blackberry looked the part, and I would have liked a more assertive flavor to go with the purple color. I thought getting the variety of flavors for under $3 a scoop proved to be a decent value for the area with friendly service, so I could see myself visiting in the future if I wanted a more unique ice cream flavor or two or three or four.

Worst customer service, taste doesn’t worth the hype . Me and my husband drove 20 minutes to try their viral black cherry chocolate ice cream, unfortunately both taste and costumer service are bad, specially I disappointed with the cashier . Only good thing is the atmosphere there are many cool shops around . Side note ,the waffle cone I ordered tastes like it’s been in the store for quite some time, tastes weird ,definitely NOT FRESH as they claim .

See images. This many mini Reese’s cups in a small pint of chocolate peanut butter buckeye. Every small bit included 5-6 Reese’s cups. I want some iced cream with my candy bars. Terrible tasting. It’s also not “chocolate peanut butter” in the classic sense. It’s like a tan ice cream — probably meant to be chocolate IDK — without any Pb swirls. The peanut butter comes from these hard chocolate Reese cups. Just disgusting.

If I could describe a paradise I would simply say Bruster’s Ice Cream. The customer service is beyond compare. From the moment I came to order, I was greeted with a genuine smile from the welcoming and friendly staff. The cashier was extremely helpful in articulating and describing each and every flavor Bruster’s had to offer, noting that they rotate through about 250 flavors all made freshly on-site. I received my order only moments after placing it. It was extremely apparent that every worker truly cared about customer satisfaction and needless to say they exceeded my expectations. Just like the customer service the ice cream was outstanding. The freshness of the ice cream was marvelous. No matter how simple the flavor, each bite is a decadent masterpiece. I highly suggest the strawberry ice cream or their southern banana flavor. I cannot wait to return to this store and try out the new online...

This bad review isn’t about the ice cream, but the horrible service I received. First, I ordered online long before arriving, yet had to wait for people who ordered after me, but there’s more! After waiting and literally watching the servers tend to the other customers while I’m right in front of the pickup window, no one said anything to me, yet the female server had enough enthusiasm to pet someone’s dog right in front of me and still ignore me. I had to get in front of the cashiers eye sight to be helped and afterwards, still waited until I finally got my I’ve cream with no communication, greeting or anything, just a stank look and silence. I hope this wasn’t a race thing being that I was the only brown person around, nevertheless, I will NEVER be coming back to this or ANY Bruster’s again. Thanks Jeni’s and Ice Cream Jubilee for your...
