Dominion Tire Company — Local services in Fredericksburg

My husband and I first went to dominon tire around the end of 2017 and got four brand news tires for his truck and at a pretty good price. We also kept up with getting the tires rotated and alignments. The tires were great up until after an alignment we recently had done here a couple weeks ago. We got the alignment done at dominion tire and after a couple days we noticed the alignment on the truck was actually worse and the front tires were completely worn down. We went back and asked them what we should do and they did another alignment but since the front tires were so worn the car now doesn’t drive right at all and they said we need new tires. The tires are only a little over a year old and have only 20,000 miles on them. If it wasn’t for the alignment that they did then the tires would still be fine. After explaining this to the guy at MJ tire (which is in relation to dominion tire) about the situation he then said it could’ve been multiple things but insisted the alignment they gave us had nothing to do with it. He refused to listen to us and he talked to us like we were stupid. We are going to have to just get new tires someplace else and I will never come back to this...

Had to take this tire shop to small claims court—easily the worst experience I’ve had with a business. I believe there’s been a recent change in ownership. They sold me defective tires, and my car kept shaking at highway speeds. I brought it in four times for a rebalance, and their equipment consistently showed the tires were out of balance. When they wanted me to come in a fifth time, I gave up and requested a refund. The manager was rude but initially agreed. Minutes later, I got a three-way call from someone else who said they had changed their mind and refused the refund. They tried blaming my car, which had no issues before these tires and is meticulously maintained. Their receipt states I’m entitled to a refund for tire issues, but they deny any problem exists, even when it’s obvious, and shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. Not worth the hassle when there are other great tire shops in Fredericksburg. Court date is being scheduled. Avoid this place...

MJ Tire Express is Amazing and I'm so GRATEFUL to Everyone there for the Awesome Friendly service they provided!!! My Brother and I were coming from MD on Our way to South Carolina and caught a flat in Fredericksburg VA. Tow truck driver Jonathan (who is also Amazing) waited until the Lyft (driven by Beautiful Darnesha) to come get Us and tow the car to MJ Tire Express which was closed. When We got there this morning, the car was there and it took less than 5 min to get the tire and have the nice Gentleman put it on the car!!!! I can't thank You Guys enough for being such an Amazing Tire Company!!!! Other tire companies could learn a thing or two about CS and tire changing from MJ Tire...
