My wife and I stopped by the burger King on parham road drive thru. We both got the double cheese burger, my wife got onion rings with her meal and I got fries with mines. There was only two people working in the store a male and female. The female was making the orders. When we received my food my wife gave me mine fries, and there was a long red hair in my fries. Granted my with have blonde hair and don't have hair. The female that was making the food had long red weave in. I haven't even left the parking lot yet when I noticed the hair. When I took my fries and the hair back into the store. The female came from the back area and I showed her the hair, and she had nothing to say to me all she did was take my fries and throws them away. I don't know if she was a manager or not, but she didn't even gave me an apology or offer me new fries. So I just left with new fries. This happen on 11/29/2024...
Read moreOutstanding Customer Service Experience from the Manager! The food here is about what you'd expect - I really like the cheesy tots and the onion rings. It was a stop for those that led to my experience. Somehow, the cashier inadvertently charged me for the food ordered by the car in front of me in the drive-thru line. I didn't discover it until I got home and looked at the receipt. They charged me $30+ for about $5 of food. My wife talked to the manager on the phone, and she looked through the receipt records and verified that my story was true. She said she couldn't refund the amount overcharged to my card, but put the cash in an envelope in the safe with our name on it. I went by yesterday, and after a short explanation (she wasn't in the store at the time), they produced the cash envelope. Just being able to trust them with something like this will make me go back...
Read moreI honestly wonder how this place stays in business. Is it just a front for something else or maybe a place to train new people? There is rarely a line and ordering is quite perplexing because you can't see the full menu outside. Only one young man recently was nice to me in the least. Everyone else is just plain rude. Orders are rarely correct and usually it's to their benefit so I always check my order before pulling out which annoys them. I always try to talk my grandkids into Chick-fil-A which is just a few blocks further and they have waaaaayyyy better food and get dozens more customers out with their food quickly. This morning the hash browns were half barely cooked and another order looked and tasted at least day old. Seemed reheated from yesterday. Only 2 cars in parking lot and 2 folks working inside. Busy busy place for such horrible...
