I had the most awful Burger King experience here today! I ordered through the mobile app to take advantage of my account’s coupon online while at the drive through window. I spoke with the assistant over the kiosk and expressed to them that my order would be coming through momentarily but that I didn’t want onions on my burger. I stated that I didn’t see the option online but still placed it through the app to mobile pay. The assistant, Paula immediately said “your order is already done”. I had just ordered 20 seconds ago while at the window, as mentioned earlier. I asked her was it possible to have no onions and she responded rudely “no you ordered through the app”. I continued to question why the order couldn’t be remade since I had just placed it and she replied that they don’t remake orders and she refused to assist any further. Which more than likely means, they already had extra burgers ready and didn’t “feel” like making any more. I asked her whether orders were made to order or preprepared and she responded that they make them as they receive them. How was a burger made in 20 secs? I pulled up to the receiving window and she was extremely rude and said that if I had an issue, I needed to reorder through the app and her body language was extremely aggressive. Due to her hostile manner, I asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Lopez who approached me with the same rude tone and responded that they don’t remake orders and that there was nothing he would do. In such disbelief, I called customer service who immediately assisted with my order and refunded me. They were extremely pleasant and kind. They advised me that they would assist with me re-ordering but I was apprehensive because I didn’t know if they would tamper with my food. I have never had such a negative experience before at any restaurant and was shocked that Burger King would have staff members who don’t take customer service and politeness to all seriously. I wish they had been more kind and willing to work with their customer. I will never come back to...
Read moreI.HAVE.NEVER. had anyone treat me as poorly from any employee of any fast food restaurant as I have tonight. I am both a customer (or used to be now) and a delivery driver for Uber Eats for this business, and I came tonight to do a back-to-back delivery which turned into a more than disappointing experience.
I walked in around 1015p, not knowing that lobby hours were closed at 10p (doors unlocked as well), and the lady behind the counter, who was packing/preparing food is glaring at me and practically scolds me saying "you know we close the lobby at 10, you need to go to the drive-thru!" After telling her that I didnt know, her look immediately changed to regret as she continued to explain that I needed to pick up my orders at the drive-thru.
When I come up to the drive-thru speaker, I told the manager (who I assume was wearing the all black outfit -the ones without the Y/R/G stripes- and the headset), that I had two orders, and he proceeds to tell me that he has so many Uber orders so I need to give him the names... which he could have simply left out, and just asked for the names.
Honestly, if I could, I would give this experience 0 stars, but the reason 1 will suffice, is because all the other times I come in, the employees and managers are kind and hospitable, and the young gentleman that handed me the food was the only one that treated me well, which had me debating on if this was at least a 2 star experience, but the other 2 workers really...
Read moreI think her name is Parla or Darla. But it’s concerning how she treats her co workers. I saw her yell at the guy who hands the order out in front of me, she was aggressive with me and towards her coworker and told me I was too stressed out. I was polite and told her that people skills will take her places, she turn her back on my giving me the right to think she knows I was right. I’ll be back to put a formal complaint with the manager soon because she seems like a trait to the people who is around and I definitely don’t like my experience every time she is there and I’m positive many other recurring customers feel the same way.
I understand budget is low to have qualified employees in this type of restaurants, however treating someone right specially if they work with you is something we all learn at home, school or society itself.
It’s a shame, I feel bad for the young man who handed me the order. I left feeling sorry and worried, I hope she doesn’t go nuts on him the rest of the night.
As a recurring customer that spends around $200 a month at this location, I don’t want to have to deal with her again.
Management, upper management, PLEASE DO SOMETHING not for me but for the safety of your own...
