Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I used to love vocellis as the best pizza around. Quality has been going down down as far as toppings on pizza getting sparse and salads just being a mess. I ordered a large meat magnifico w traditional crust and a Mediterranean salad with extra (paid for double) feta. I received a thin crust with barely any toppings. It was like cardboard and nothing magnifico about the sparse sauce, cheese, and toppings not to mention wrong crust. I paid for extra feta on the salad and barely got any feta at all. I called into the store to be offered a replacement delivery i'd have to wait for or 30% off my next order? My husband was starving and already started eating the pizza nor did we want to risk getting a pizza that had been "doctored" for spite. So, in order to get any compensation I'd have to call and order ANOTHER order to receive 30% off. How does that fix the issue? I'd have to call and order even more to get compensation for the completely lacking and incorrect order. How about a partial refund? No. I was told I could only get a discount on my NEXT order. No thanks. This isn't the first time we got pizza with barely any toppings or a salad just thrown together. They've lost my business for good. There's better pizza and certainly better customer...

DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH SAUSAGE AT VOCELLI PIZZA. The sausage you get at Vocelli is the same meat as Taco Bell beef (which we all know is only 35% actual beef, the other 65% being silicone dioxide, soy, maltodextrin and anti-dusting agents). It's absolutely pathetic considering the prices per meal at Vocelli are 2x as much as Taco Bell. The dishwashing system at Vocelli is nonexistent (being an understatement), when you buy food here all the kitchen tools and dishes they use to make it are full of cross-contaminated garlic sauce/buffalo sauce/pepperoni/sausage/bbq sauce etc... from other orders because they only are washed once a night when all the employees are rushing to get out the door. Absolute terrible experience and topped off by terrible customer service! Was told my food my order was placed under “pickup”. Me: No problem, that happens. Good thing I called 40 minutes later wondering where it is. Manager says “I’ll get it out to you right now!” Me: “ok! Great! I hope it’s still hot and not soggy. •another 40 min later • Food still not here. I have to call the manager again and tells me it will be there soon. Now I’m wondering how food is gonna taste an hour and 30ish min later. Manager doesn’t even offer any options or discounts or anything!
