I used to love vocellis as the best pizza around. Quality has been going down down as far as toppings on pizza getting sparse and salads just being a mess. I ordered a large meat magnifico w traditional crust and a Mediterranean salad with extra (paid for double) feta. I received a thin crust with barely any toppings. It was like cardboard and nothing magnifico about the sparse sauce, cheese, and toppings not to mention wrong crust. I paid for extra feta on the salad and barely got any feta at all. I called into the store to be offered a replacement delivery i'd have to wait for or 30% off my next order? My husband was starving and already started eating the pizza nor did we want to risk getting a pizza that had been "doctored" for spite. So, in order to get any compensation I'd have to call and order ANOTHER order to receive 30% off. How does that fix the issue? I'd have to call and order even more to get compensation for the completely lacking and incorrect order. How about a partial refund? No. I was told I could only get a discount on my NEXT order. Good thing I called 40 minutes later wondering where it is. Manager says “I’ll get it out to you right now!” Me: “ok! Great!
