Very disappointed. I drove for 45 minutes to get there from Manasas so they can turn me away because it was sold out. When I left my house there were 30 openings out 180. Then a lady there tells me it was sold out, and that people bought there reservations for weeks because it was a holiday. (So you guys knew how crowded it was going to be and you didn't organize it)? I didn't register it online because it is my first time and I wasn't sure how it worked. Plus it gave me the impression that they still accepted drop offs. No where in there website said it was sold out, not even FB or IG. I told the lady that I drove for 45 minutes and she just ignored me and started talking with another person about merchandise. Even when I told her that I drive for 45 minutes she offered me another class at night. Like what??? The lady that was before me in the line had already registered and the employee never found her registration. Once I got back to the car to leave I checked their website again and it said that there were 14 openingsfor the class still when they turn me away. Fix your system. We have important things to do than driving for almos 2 hours for nothing. Either lower your online openings or make it by reselvation only. Don't be greedy . I...
Read moreI love going to Kazaxe! I get a high quality workout every time & feel so accomplished after each visit. If I could give the instructors 5-star reviews, I would, they are extremely dedicated their practice and always make workouts enjoyable and very challenging. I typically attend Tammy & Marks classes as they align with my schedule. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to a HIIT class but the team at Kazaxe makes me want to get off of the couch and & kick butt in my workouts.
Not only do I love the dance/workout classes, the team working behind the scenes goes above & beyond everyday (Dave & Sara). The entire staff is welcoming everyday & when I needed to reach out by email with a request or concern, I get responses in minutes. Unbelievable customer service.
If you haven't already, you need to workout with Kazaxe or try out one of the classes online! You will not be...
Read moreI've been coming to Kazaxe since 2013 and while it has gone through so many changes over the last 8 years, it has kept its spirit and vibes. The instructors are motivating, the classes are inclusive, the people who attend are so nice and wonderful, and the experience continues to make Kazaxe my happy place. You don't even realize how hard you're working out until it's the next day and your legs are so sore you're struggling to go up the stairs. They rotate new songs and choreographies regularly to keep things fresh. It's perfect for drop in classes and the prices are super affordable. You may want to reserve a spot online and arrive about 5 minutes prior to class. Grab some earplugs (they're free) from the front, too. Wear comfy clothes, bring water, and be ready to sweat/twerk it out to...
