BurgerFi — Restaurant in Virginia

Just had my first experience at burgerfi. I honestly don't know how this location is even open. The restaurant was dirty, dirty tables and floors. It appeared no air conditioning was working it was hot and humid inside. There were 2 girls working, they were friendly. That's probably the only positive. We ordered from the kiosk, the burgers looked good. I chose the rodeo burger, my son chose a spicy burger. Waited about 15 min for the food, not a long wait. However my burger didn't have toppings like in the photo. I went up and asked the girls why my burger was missing stuff, she said they were out of a lot of stuff. I wasn't mean, I work in the restaurant industry myself. I did tell them they should have signs up or told us if they were out of things. I did ask for a refund for my burger, they were very nice about that and I was refunded $11. My son took one bite of his burger and didn't eat anymore. The jalapeños were raw and VERY spicy. His burger was also missing toppings. I took a small bite, I love spicy food but it was TOO spicy to eat.we also had 2 sides of fries which were okay. The entire meal was over 50$ and we ate MAYBE 5$ worth. My son went to the bathrooms, he told me to be glad I didn't go in there, he said they were disgusting and very dirty. I dont know if it's all locations or this specific one but I will never go in another one. Total waste of money and...

The most underwhelming burger I have ever had the displeasure of eating. $11.17 for a Bacon Cheeseburger. I was expecting a mind blowing burger experience for this price alone. I was sadly mistaken. The meat was completely unseasoned, and would have really benefited from at the very least an open flame grill. It seemed like the patties were boiled or had been sitting in water like hot dogs would be. The bacon at least tasted like bacon, so there's that. The grilled onions and other toppings did nothing to elevate the flavor profile. I have had much better burgers from cheaper chain and fast food restaurants. If all you care about is hormone and antibiotic free meats, then maybe this place is for you. But if you want something flavorful, and absolutely worth the price, please patronize another burger joint. Once the newness wears off, I'm sure this place will be a dead zone. And it's sad because I had read so many glowing reviews from other locations. I guess all restaurants can't...

My husband really wanted to try the onion rings because he had heard good things but they were out along with mushrooms and onion straws. Their bathroom was shutdown and they didn't have napkins.

When we got our food, both of our burgers were burnt and the hot dog was messy but it's supposed to be) however he couldn't eat it bc he would have no way of cleaning himself up afterwards bc of the no napkin situation.

They also only had one guy working and he was cooking so no one was at the front for customers and to inform them before ordering of all their shortages.

Multiple customers came in and ordered stuff on the kiosk, only to find out after paying they were out. Only once did I hear him offer a refund and it was with an attitude.
