We have a lot of options for chicken sandwiches any more, the only reason we go to Chick-fil-A is for the service and the waffle fries, LOL. Unfortunately, our visit on Wednesday, Oct. 5 for lunch was a little lacking on the first one. The order taking for our DINE IN went well. When did they stop giving the drinks at time of order? After standing there for a while, we figured that the drinks would come with the food, and low and behold, they did. Along with all of our food in a BAG. Why in a bag when we placed a DINE IN order? What a waste.... We dug through the bag looking for straws so I could get my first taste of the sweet brown nectar, and, to my surprise, there were none!!! No problem, be back in a flash.... or so I thought. I stood at the counter and no less than three team members walked past me with out asking if I needed anything.... 3 minutes later, I returned to the table to explain to my eagerly awaiting family why they still had no straws. It was at this time I was informed that there were no pickles on my sons chicken sandwich. What a tragedy! And my wife asked for me to get some yellow mustard for her. Went back to the counter, still in search for some straws, now with the need to get some pickles and mustard. Stood there for another minute or so waiting to be acknowledged. Someone looked my way, and finally I was asked if I needed anything. I delivered my request, and walked back with the straws, pickles, but alas, no yellow mustard was to be found. It was very disheartening to see so many workers swarming like busy bees at the drive though window and the online order desk, but very little attention given to the customers standing at the counter waiting for service. I was not the only dine in customer to not have straws or to be walked past multiple times while standing at the side counter waiting to be helped for missing items or refills. I sure hope this was just a fluke or a bad day, and not the signs of things changing at our beloved...
Read moreWe have been attending this chick fil a location for awhile now since it’s close to our home have never had an issue till today. We usually always ordered by the drive through; Ordered our families usual, Mac and cheese, Chicken sandwich deluxe and spicy chicken sandwich with large fries. We got home to find out our “large” fries order were legit what it seems like if I had ordered medium, Pretty disappointing since we are paying for a large order. As we continue to eat, my husband takes a bit of his sandwich only to bite into what it seemed to be a piece of plastic ( cheese wrapper) that was the cherry on top. Called chick fill a to complain, spoke to the “manager” who seemed very polite over the phone. We were very upset not only they gave us the wrong order for fries but there was a foreign object in the sandwich. My husband requested a refund, the male “manager”advice to come in to the restaurant to receive a refund. As my husbands makes it back to the restaurant, the male “manager” who seemed to be in his late 50’s was very unprofessional and rude, he seemed to be very annoyed and showed very little interest on making a customer satisfaction, he did not once apologize for the inconvenience, just plain RUDE!!!! no customer service whatsoever!! We are very disappointed and hope they take in consideration the customers satisfaction next time and to always make sure their customers get what they are paying...
Read moreSame inside as any clean, uncluttered fast food place. Service is 6 stars if I could. They have an outside order and pay system that is rivaled by none and serves cars amazingly fast. The food can be variable. The fries are good but seem yo cool fast. If you aren't going to eat them in the parking lot, keep some foil in the car to wrap them up. The chicken patties and Nuggets are tasty and moist. Their secret is to be brined in pickle juice. I do that with chicken at home now, and it works! But they run so much through their oil fryers that the oil gets old fast. Timing is everything. Early lunch is best for nice crisp juicy chicken. But as the oil gets old, the chicken breading gets dark, old, and hard as a rock and not as tasty. I don't know if they change it later for dinner because I've only eaten here for lunch. All the Chick fil a I've eaten at are the same in this regard . It's more sustainable environmentally (cooking oil disposal) but not good for the product. I love the Lemonade. It's nice to have something different from the usual Coke or Pespsi offerings since I dont drink carbonated drinks. The diet is just sweet enough and Hubby likes the regular . On the whole, it's a nice pleasant tasty place for lunch, but get...
