I would NOT recommend Urban Air for birthday parties. You would think for the hefty price of their birthday parties, it would be as seamless and less stressful as possible and that is NOT what you will find when booking your party here. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. List of grievances to follow:

-you pay per water bottle for off brand water and $18 per pizza that was the dollar tree version of digiornos. You are not allowed to even bring your own water to this establishment. -sister (head of party) has an allergy that prevents her from eating a majority of foods. When asking if she could bring a personal portion meal so she could eat with everyone comfortably, she was told that was fine but then right after the phone call, she received an email from the company prying into what her allergy is, etc. What an invasion of privacy for the sake of a money grab.. -filled out the waiver online days prior to the party then was told they couldn’t find it. Luckily I had a copy saved, which they did accept but how can you not find relevant paperwork on the day of the party? -received a pair of socks that were 5x too big for my 18 month old. Upon asking the party helper if my son could wear his own socks (which had grips on the bottom and was shown to the party helper), she looked dumbfounded and told me I could go back up front and ask for another pair. I stated that if they had another pair, wouldn’t they have given them to me upon entry? She then snappily asked if I wanted the manager, to which I agreed. The manager came over and was less than helpful. I, again, asked if my son could wear his own socks, explaining the socks provided were much too large and posed a safety risk and she said no. I then asked if my son’s spot could just be refunded and she said that she could only refund any kids over the minimum required amount, which was 10 and we had 10 kids, so no. She stated that they were waiting on a shipment of small socks then suggested I put the large socks on my toddler and try to roll them up the best I can (????). So I asked her to explain the logic behind making us sign waivers that removed their responsibility from injuries then encouraging me to put my son in an unsafe situation. She had nothing to say and I thanked her for the lack of assistance. -my sister (head of party) went to pay for the rest of the party (not privy to how that process works; half now half later?) and the general manager asked her how the party was. She informed him it wasn’t great but she didn’t need to talk about, she was ready to go. He pried for an answer so she began explaining her stresses regarding the party and the same manager from earlier approaches and inserts herself in their conversation, asking why she didn’t unload all of the inconveniences when she asked my sister. How this woman still works there is a mystery to me. How can you be a manager but incite confrontation and have no interest in resolving customers issues? She will lend to the failure of this company, no doubt. -while letting my son play in the trampoline area, another child (at least 7-8 years old), approached my 18 month old son and took the basketball from him and began playing with it. There is a serious lack of responsible supervision overseeing all of the play areas.

Needless to say, I repeat, find another venue to avoid an experience like ours. You will leave feeling unsatisfied, disrespected and like you have wasted your...

Horrible Experience | Please Read !

Giving it a 1 STAR , since I am not able to 0 stars for this place .

As you all know it’s a new place so we were very exited to try it out . I am an autism mom to a 7 year old and I have always been the type of mom that I am giving my little one an opportunity to try new things. I don’t keep him in a bubble .

Well once we entered the park there were lines to get on the trampolines so my little one does very well waiting in line but once it was our turn to get on he was so exited he didn’t want to get off so I had a staff member tell me only 1 person is allowed on the trampoline. I said I need to help him get off so we can move on to the next one . Yes but only one person at a time. So at this point I shared my son has autism he needs my support throughout the whole park . He just looked at me and said that’s not my problem. I shared what had happen with my husband since he was in line and he said let’s just go because it seems that they are not going to understand or give us the opportunity to help him or support while he gets on the trampolines. So I got the stuff from the locker and decided to go up to the front desk because we were not there for not even 30 minutes so I said let me ask if they were able to refund or give me another day which is much slower or if they even had a day for kids with special needs . So I shared what happened with a staff member and then asked to speak to a manager so she shared with him and the first thing that came out of the managers mouth (Kevin ) was you are not getting a refund . We have not kicked you out of the park so you will not get a refund. So I re-shared what had happened and that there are ways the staff members can at least approach the parents in regards to one person being able to be on the trampoline and understanding that a kid needs the parent support to get off . Well after that he said on Tuesday from 12:00-2:00 pm is a much slower day that he can gives us a pass ( 1 pass only for my son) to go back on that day. I said but we are 2 adults and 2 children and we haven’t been here not even 30 minutes and paid $122 and he needs my support so why only 1 pass ? So after I said I had not been there for 30 minutes he shared there would be no refund and kept the pass he had offered to give my little one. He also said if you are the parent you should know how to get him off quickly. I then asked to speak to someone above him he said he was the owner ( Kevin) . I am not sure how the General Manager is the owner and handles situations the way he did .

At this point I am not worried about the refund or the pass it’s just the way they handle the situation. I have been to FunLand plenty of times and my son does very well and I wanted to give him an opportunity at a new place and the staff members unfortunately are not well trained where not necessarily you need to have autism for that to happen. How about if a kid is having a tantrum ? You won’t be able to get on the trampolines and help and try to calm them down to keep it moving ?

Hope no one else goes through this...

I booked a reservation for a Glow Party for my son's 8th birthday. I paid the deposit over a month prior to the party. When we arrived we were to have a private party host, which we did not. I was told that people called out and the host we were assigned was "being pulled in all directions". When the kids arrived I could not find the host to get the wristbands for the kids. They lost time to play due to this. My "VIP" room was to be set up as a glow party. It was not. We did not get the VIP room. I was told, "we overbooked" and that all rooms don't accommodate. The host had to be found for every single thing. Eventually, I got her to just leave the wristbands with me. I had to find another manager/employee to get the kids icy and drinks for the adults which had all been in my package. Everything came within the last maybe 20 mins of the 2-hour block when everyone had finished eating and just waiting around thirsty. The host was not in the room the entire time as the package stated. She brought up wings and it was not what I ordered. I let her know this. She left them anyway and stated she was going to go "fix it". Indicating she was coming back with the correct order. She never returned with wings. I was not able to enjoy the party with my son. I was too busy being the host. I didn't even get the opportunity to see him enjoy the activities or take pictures of him with his friends. He came and asked me when his glow party would start. That upset me. The room next to us had their glow party and the host was there the entire time. The General Manager Kevin was extremely rude, yelling and not helpful in resolving the situation. He stated we will take off the charge for the icy and the wings. He even made the comment of, "you ate the wings didn't you". Your employee after being told the order was wrong decided to leave the wings on the table with the kids, while claiming to be going to "fix" the issue. I was still expected to pay full price for the party although I did not receive the services promised in my package. Based on the poor resolution on how to monetarily compensate me for THEIR mistake I DO NOT recommend this place. Our host was constantly seen just walking about and chatting with co-workers or helping others. The employees had attitudes (rolling their eyes). I had to keep asking for the items in my package. The General Manager with an attitude gave me the pass for my son to come back (which was included). Why did I have to ask for everything? I was to be set up for 12 kids the table was set for 10. I was handed a bag of glow sticks as if that was to shut me up about the glow party. I had to ask for the party bag favors which was also included in my package. I could have just had a the party myself for all the work...
