I just had the worst Subway experience ever. I’ve just moved to the area and this was my first visit to this store. I was a regular Subway customer in my last town, but I will not return to this branch. There were only two orders ahead of me, and I waited for around 15 minutes for my turn. Then it took me four tries to explain my order, and the person serving me didn’t get it until the other worker showed her. When she asked if I wanted the same veggies on both halves of my 12” sandwich, I said that yes, it was all one sandwich, and she made strong eye contact and did the “quiet down” hands at me. It was surprisingly rude. She poorly prepared a skimpy sandwich; when I asked if they had black olives, she said, “Nope. If you come back next week I will.” Again, her attitude was aggressively rude. As I was paying for my sub-par sub, her coworker asked her a question, and it was as if I stopped being there. Her attention left me completely, she passed my order over without looking in my direction, and then (still looking at her coworker), sort of passed me my receipt, all tangled up in a napkin because she couldn’t be bothered to look at it or me. At no point tonight was I rude or impatient. I have just worked a 10-hour day and I get being tired. But there was absolutely no excuse for this treatment and I will not take my business there again. After reading several reviews before posting this, I know that I am not alone. Extremely...
Read moreThis place is getting worse and worse! Usually I ONLY encounter an attitude problem, until today... I went in earlier to get 2 subs, stood at the counter without any acknowledgement whatsoever from the FOUR employees (there was 1 other customer at the register), 1 was in and out of the back and THREE were making other orders (I guess doordash? Idk...). I stood there for a few minutes without even a glance from them, then the girl on the beginning of the make line took a sandwich off the toaster tray and the tray fell to the floor... she looked at her coworkers and they giggled and mumbled something to each other... then she picked up the metal tray AND PUT IT ON THE COUNTER BETWEEN THE SANDWICHES! She then proceeded to pick up the black piece from the floor, look at it funny, put it on the metal tray AND PLACE ANOTHER SANDWICH ON IT TO PUT IN THE TOASTER!!! I'm pretty sure they have more than one toaster tray, so why the blatant disregard to customers health?! That is absolutely disgusting! There were 2 other customers sitting at a table that saw it happen, we shared a look and I left... if you are willing to do that in front of customers, what is going on that were...
Read moreI usually don't leave bad reviews because I understand when people have a bad day, especially having worked in food service myself but I honest to God have never felt more upset being treated this poorly by someone I have been nothing but nice to. When we went in there was no one up front, which is fine! She came out with the mop looked at us, sighed, pushed the mop off to the side and then made it out to be an inconvenience to help us. When making my sandwich she ran out of provolone in her container and sighed out of frustration, to which I responded "if you dont have anymore thats totally okay" and she snapped back with "well I have more and it had to be refilled anyways so it doesn't really matter" whatever, we finish the whole interaction and my husband tells her to have a good night and she responds with "yeah well if you can lock the door because im closing in 10 minutes that'd make the night better" I was just kind of frustrated at that point, we were nothing but kind, I understand food service is difficult, draining, exhausting, and people can be rude for absolutely no reason, but we truly were nothing but kind. I dont know. It put a bad taste...
