Where do I begin? In all my many visits to Chick Fil A I have never had a worse experience. First they had one set of doors roped off from the line so you could only go in one set of doors. There were at least four workers behind the counter standing around yet they had a girl walking through the line taking orders. People were in line outside of the door and it’s freezing outside. It would have been much more efficient for people to go to the counter to order when three of the four people didn’t seem to be doing a whole lot. We gave our order to the girl with the IPad and finally got to the counter. I would like to say we were greeted by Chase but I don’t think he even said hello. He had just finished playing around with a coworker behind the counter, almost knocking her glasses off. I guess he was too distracted to pay attention to us, the customers. He repeated our order back to us and when he said my drink he said lemonade and tea. I said “no, half sweet tea and half unsweet tea with a lemon.” He proceeds to fill a cup with ice and go over to the lemonade. He starts to fill it up and then stops and says “0h wait you wanted tea.” I repeated what i wanted again. He fills up the cup and then brings it back while talking to coworkers and starts to put the lid on it. My husband asked if he put a lemon in it. He gave my husband a blank stare and then walked over to get a lemon. He then came back and said they didn’t have any lemons cut up. My husband said “ok we will wait.” He then said it would be about ten minutes. Ten minutes to cut up a lemon??? We left without the lemon slice and feeling very disappointed in our experience. Any other time I have been to Chick Fil A i have felt welcomed. Not this time. We won’t be coming back to...
Read moreNever thought I would give Chick-fil-a this grade, but they deserve it. We placed our order and the guy taking our order was so nice. When he ask my name he said "I should know it by hard", lol. Sad but true. We are there all the time because my daughter loves this place. When we finished, he said by see you tomorrow and we all started laughing. When we drove up to get our order, there was a young worker with curly black hair *he is never nice. Today he was more interested in asking his co-worker who was inside of the building how was her day. Even she had the decency to know that she shouldn't be talking to him which q customer there. After the 3rd asking her the question, she said fine and walked away. He then decided to give us our order and turned around. No thank you, have a nice day Nothing!!!! I am saying this now because this is the little guys 3rd time doing this to us. So, today I just sat there and waited for him to acknowledge me and after a couple of minutes of him not saying anything I said to him "excuse me is our order complete? I think he mumbled Yea and he turned back around so fast and never looked back again. This turn my entire visit upside-down just because of him. My last point of contact at this location. To top everything off, when we got home my soup was out of the bag. The top was not...
Read moreTonight's experience at my newest chick fil a was unacceptable. When I arrived to store The Gochland restaurant I was the only one in the line with no cars in front nor behind me. Once I pulled up to the window to receive my order I waited over ten minutes with nothing said to me about my order. After ten minutes I asked the cashier what was the hold up. He stated that they had an issue with their chicken filets and had to recook all of them. I waited five more minutes to receive my order. After receiving my order I pulled off and then discovered that I was missing part of the order. I had to get back in line to get the missing food for my children. A gentlemen by the name of Justin identified himself as the District Manager upon me asking for the DISTRICT MANAGER He apologized and said "well we gave you a brownie." This response wasn't genuine and didn't make me feel any better about the situation. It was my first time at the new location and I'm hoping that it's not my last. Restaurant...
