Today I had a terrible experience at Komma Tea Short Pump. I went in with my kids and ordered 3 drinks. Then we realized that my daughter had not placed her order. When we wanted to place one more order the girl at the register said they closed the registers and cannot take another order. My daughter was very disappointed but it was understandable. Except that as we were getting ready to leave, another lady came in with her daughter. We were just outside and noticed that they took the lady’s order. I felt this treatment was disrespectful and outright racist (the only difference I see outwardly is that I am Asian and the customer who came after us were white…).
