I wish I could give this review a 0 instead of 1
The service AND food were HORRIBLE! We went in on a Monday evening, and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. We were set on getting Cheescake Factory that night because we were celebrating an occasion, so we waiting. 30 minutes later, my wife went to the hostess station to ask how much longer it was going to be, apparently the hostess never put us down so a different worker walked us to our seat. We then had the unfortunate luck to be waited on by Anthony. It started ok, he got our drink order, 1 coffee, 1 coke, and 1 club soda with lime. He came back 10 minutes later, forgot the lime in the club soda, said he'll "be right back" and I waited another 10 minutes for my lime.
Moments after that another 2 groups were sat in our section, one of which turned out to be his "boys" (we only know this because after he was done talking to the group, he came to our table and apologized about taking long because he was talking to his "boys")
My mother ordered the chicken and spaghetti dish, I ordered a veggie burger, and my wife ordered the burger egg rolls and side of sweet potato fries. The order took approximately 55 minutes to reach our table. Once it got to our table, my burger and fries were cold, my mothers chicken had the TINIEST amount of sauce and my wife's egg rolls were cold and greasy. My wife let Anthony know that her dish was disappointing, and he stated he couldn't take the food off of the table and he would get the manager. Anthony came back 5 minutes later and stated "Now I can take the food off the table" and assured us it would be taken off the check. I explained to Anthony that I would be ordering a slice of cheese cake and (for my birthday) and he asked me to write my phone number down on the ticket so he can take it off ticket. Our dessert was another ordeal and came out 15 minutes later. At that point, we asked Anthony to box it up and we'll take it to go seeing as how dinner took WAY longer than it should have and was VERY underwhelming.
He hands us our check and the eggrolls my wife sent back were still on the ticket, and my slice of cheesecake was on there as well. Mind you, my slice of cheesecake should have been complimentary due to me getting an email stating I'd be getting a complimentary slice due to my birthday. He then goes back to fix the check, and returned after 10 minutes.
The whole time the other group who was sat AFTER us had received their food and left and while Anthony was talking with the other group, his "boys".
When he did find a minute to come and check on us, I requested a refill on my club soda, which never came.
Overall, this was a HORRENDOUS experience, and we will not be returning to Cheesecake Factory.
As we were exiting, we requested to speak to the manager on duty, Gregory, who seemed concerned about our experience, and apologized on Anthonys behalf.
It should be noted, when we got to our section, the entire row was empty, and we were wondering why it took us nearly 30 minutes to get seated, on a traditionally slow night of the week.
0 out of 10. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and we will NOT...

Our table was ready around 12:57pm. We had a 30-40 minute wait which was not bad. We showed up and was greeted and seated within 10 minutes. The waitress did not introduce herself and she did not have a name tag on to help remember her name. However, she was friendly and nice when taking our order. She seemed busy working the bar and helping people in various locations. Hand washing 🤔. After placing our order the appetizers arrived in about 10 minutes or less. The Tex mex egg rolls had burnt ends and several spots that were clearly burnt. Is Cheesecake factory still giving out table bread?
One main entree ordered was the Cashew chicken with white rice. Well the waitress we had did not take notes for the order she acknowledged what we wanted but we received brown mushed rice instead of white rice. I am not sure who QA's the food leaving the kitchen but the waitress for us sure missed the mark with this one. I understand being busy and the lunch rush is over but a notepad check may have prevented this from getting to the customer's table. The second entree was the Fried chicken and waffles. I first had this dish in Qatar and again in Dubai. I guess Cheesecake factory has different vendors for different parts of the world. But please look at the Cheesecake factory website picture and then look at what came to my table. How did this leave the kitchen? The waffle was under cooked, soft and soggy. It was not a true reflection of a Belgian waffle. It seems like the chicken grease was allowed to soak into the waffle. I asked the waitress if this is what the Fried chicken and waffles is supposed to look like and taste like. She replied yes, the waffle should be soft like that. I asked about it being undercooked she said what do you want me to do about it. I replied; please take it back and I will order something else. She gave me the menu and I started to think about the movie "Waiting" and I politely asked for the check. I'm sure that behavior doesn't happen here and Cheesecake factory has an open kitchen design. But sometimes those floors/ in between areas need a check up. I will provide updates to this if the Owner replies and has time for a conversation. Also, I will update this with a picture of the standard image of Fried Chicken and waffles from Cheesecake factory. To be updated. ..... Also, please dry the utensils before wrapping the cloth around them. My utensils were slightly moist and did not...
Read moreThis was my second time eating at The Cheesecake Factory. I was very disappointed. The silverware was dirty, as were the cups. We requested multiple times for new items but never really got anything that was completely clean. One thing I can say is that the waitress was very patient with my table. She had no idea that I was reviewing the restaurant and she still went out of her way to correct the mistakes made by others.
My group ordered several dishes. My order was the miso salmon with brown rice. I'm not sure that I got brown rice even though the waitress said it was brown rice. It just looked like white rice slightly covered with miso sauce but maybe I'm wrong. Regardless, the meal was delicious. This was probably the biggest cut of salmon I've ever received at a restaurant. It was well-cooked, well-seasoned, and well worth the price.
We also ordered an impossible burger, a regular burger, and a meal with mushrooms and steak, shrimp tempura, and mashed potatoes. Everyone was mostly satisfied with their meal.
Ultimately, the lack of cleanliness with the dishes made all of us feel slightly dirty when we left the restaurant. We could feel crumbs and things on the outside of the cups. The plates had greasy stains on them. I couldn't capture them with my camera, but we could see them with our eyes. My silverware had food particles on it both times that I requested new ones.
Finally, the women's bathroom was having some issues. The floor of the bathroom was flooded on one side, making it very difficult to use all but one of the stalls. In addition, the lighting was so dark that you couldn't see the water on the floors until you were nearly standing in it. I appreciate mood lighting, but this could have led to a dangerous situation in this case. I had to use my phone's flashlight just to see everything clearly in the bathroom.
I'm sad to say that this restaurant is no longer a place I want to visit in person. I might order some salmon to go, if that's an option, but I don't plan to visit again for quite some time. We didn't even stay for dessert because we were all so frustrated with the lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. I'm irritated because I have to drive nearly an hour to get there. The least I expect is clean dining ware.
I still want to say thank you to my waitress. You were amazing despite the issues. I showed my appreciation there and I'll show it again here....
