All I can say is WOW! Tonight was my first time ordering from Panda, and I am so impressed. I have a big family, so I placed a huge order. Despite the order size, they had everything cooked in around 20 minutes. I took it home and opened everything up. The food was hot, fresh, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. We had an abundance of food! As we were fixing our plates, we received a phone call from the restaurant. They had left out one of our lo mein noodles. Everything was so large we hadn’t even noticed! They were incredibly apologetic and even offered to deliver it. Since I live so close I opted to just swing back and pick it up. They were again so kind, and apologized profusely for the mistake. It’s okay-accidents happen-it was just awesome that they were so up-front and polite about it! They took care of the mistake, and we are very grateful. The food was absolutely delicious!! It is so hard to find good Chinese food around here, but they absolutely nailed it. Between the food, and the outstanding, kind customer service I will not hesitate to order from here again. This is going to be our go-to spot...

The food and staff here are good. HOWEVER, management has issues. My staff and I use to go here for lunch, use to. A couple of months ago I invited staff to ho to lunch here and they loved it. Everything was good. Since that time we have come here they continue to be out of something. Out of the #1 seller, orange chicken on one visit. Next out of vegetables. Next, out of spring rolls. Next out of teriyaki chicken. Last straw was when we went here and got to the door and was told by staff that the dinning room was closed. Understandable. We then got in the long drive-thru line.....waited. My turn to order, only to find out that they are out of plastic ware. Staff should have said that when she told me to use drive-thru. C'mon Man.....MANAGEMENT!!! Kroger across the street. Sams Warehouse within 2 miles. Another Panda Express 15 min. away. Go get what is needed to keep your customers happy. I am here to confirm that what the reviews say are true. I was skeptical because the area (nothing is wrong, it’s just Yorktown yah know 🤷🏽‍♀️). Anywho I went with something safe —PFR and Chx Wings and while it was a bit out of my normal price range, it gave what it was supposed to give. The appearance isn’t what I’m used too (light yellow rice and only onions) and while they could have put just Afew more pieces of pork in the rice (I had like 10 pieces) the food was amazing. I remember saying to myself when I was in the parking lot that I better want to eat the gristle and whole bone for what I paid for my meal , and sure nuff I got home AND TORE EVERYTHING UP!
