Went in at 830pm this evening the lights were all dimmed and and chairs put up on the tables I checked the door sign and saw they were open still so checked the door and it was open. I went in and after getting massive attitude while ordering I asked to speak with a manager then another employee started yelling at me saying the other never had attitude with me, I asked "are you a manager?" she said "no, I'm the shift supervisor" so I told her I would like to speak with a manager as she seemed to have an attitude too. Was told manager wasn't in, I asked for contact info and was told I could call the store tomorrow. I said would. Then the shift supervisor started yelling at me saying Jesus was the way to salvation so I thanked her for the lesson but that I was a Christian and already knew. I order the same thing every time. A 6 inch veggie on wheat flatbread toasted with pepperjack cheese. The young lady working picked up a hoagie and started to cut. I stopped her and said I ordered wheat flatbread, not a hoagie. The amount of attitude at that point on was incredible. She even said, no you didn't. Ummm. Yes, I did. She thought it ok to put about 10 shreds of lettuce, 2 slivers of onion, 1 tomato slice and 2 pieces of pickle. I had to ask each time to please add more. I reminded her she was building a veggie. Read moreI really like the Subway chain, but the service at this particular one has been consistently getting worse. I prefer to place my order online and have it ready for pick-up at the time specified. However, this hasn’t been the case the last three times I’ve ordered online. Each time, they haven’t even started making my sandwiches until well after the pick-up time, and I’m left sitting in the restaurant, clearly waiting for my order.
