Went to pick up my mobile order here- I come at least once a week- I was early so I anticipated to wait. Staff helped one customer while I was waiting for my order. The mobile order guy was working very diligently but had lots of orders coming in. The rest of the staff - except one staff doing food prep was standing around chatting. After waiting for five minutes, I requested for them to help him to make my order since he had so many and I had already been standing there five minutes. They replied saying “he’s making it”- as if he is the only person that could do it and none them could because it’s not their job and that “my order isn’t supposed to be ready for two more minutes” so I can wait. My order was made shortly after by the mobile order guy. I hope the owner or management first recognizes the work of the two people who were actually working while five others stood around while there was plenty of work to be done. I really hope it’s not a bullying situation going on and they just refuse to help him. They need to be instructed that if there is no one in line and people are waiting for their mobile orders, they should start making the orders of those that are there instead of doing nothing while one person does them all. Read moreOrdered a triple pointer steak and chicken, the hispanic lady MANAGER gave me 1 single scoop of chicken and steak. That burrito was smaller than my hands. I asked if they could redo it and actually make it double I will pay and if not anything to just add more meat and ill pay whatever. The big white guy at the register said I’d have to go to the line again to get it redone. We did so and the MANAGER once again did the burrito. Come to the register again and they said we have to pay another $24 on top of the $40 we just spent for the original burrito. We compare them and there is a CLEAR size difference so how is it that i ordered the same thing twice and the other comes out bigger? Manager came to interrupt me and cashiers convo to say we DIDNT specifically talk to her and they cant possibly do something like that. What is so hard about taking 2 scoops of chicken and 2 scoops of steak that IM PAYING FOR that you cant even do the first time? Disgusting behavior from manager and not coming back...
Read moreThis is my 3rd time visiting this location and the cashier is a bit slow, I did an online order I got there early so she made me wait until the time my online order had. I went to the line so I could get it done and the guy in didn't want to get my food because he said I had to wait I had to argue with him to get it. Then when I told the cashier how dumb that was she just made a face and said I could talk to the manager. The next time I went the scoops were baby scoops of everything I thought maybe it was just the worker. I go today and again the same thing I asked for guac, and the guac barely touched the spoon and that was it. When I told the cashier which was the same as the first time I went she said "those are the portion size.. my bowl looked like a kids bowl.. there is no other chipotle in Springfield were they do that! I don't care if I have to wait in line at the Springfield plaza I am not coming here again. No wonder it's always so dead in there your customers...
