Based off the reviews, we were expecting a lot better but this was terrible and we would not recommend. Not sure where all these reviews came from! We ordered various sandwiches of various spice levels but they didn’t even label which one was which, so we had to infer based off of the appearance which was similar. Even when tasting the food, the spice levels were indeterminate from one another. The Crimson sauce had no flavor! So bland. We ordered the fries which weren’t crispy at all. We also ordered a blooming onion but it was raw— the workers decided to make us another one but it was raw as well! When we told them; they told us they didn’t know why it was raw. Please see the attached picture. Additionally, it was extremely oily for something that should be professionally fried. The entire time, the workers were laughing and joking and when we went to them, they didn’t even look at us or communicate with us except for one of them. This is my third time eating here and now will be the LAST TIME I order any food from here… The burgers are extremely greasy and have zero seasoning. Their garlic chicken wrap is disgusting! You basically get 1-1/2 tenders FULL of pickle juice and pickles wrapped in a tortilla and they put their Crimson sauce on it. Their Crimson chicken sandwich isn’t good either…

Popeyes or Roaming Rooster is WAY BETTER than Crimson Coward.
