Best hotdogs you’ll ever eat! I was born and raised in Bristol so to us we take Corner doghouse personal it’s an iconic standby that’s always been there. Yes the weenies are small and red. Yes, the chili is clear and different than anything you’ll ever eat but when you put it all together with the mustard and onions. It forms a super delicious, hot dog, unlike anything you’ve placed in your mouth before. The tater tots are the bomb, the hamburgers and fish sandwich is good, and the service is always outstanding. You can’t beat those large Mountain Dew‘s in the Styrofoam cup! We buy them by the dozen every time, unfortunately, we moved to West Virginia, but every time we pass through to see family, this is a go to stop for a dozen hotdogs. I didn't realize they closed at 6pm when I arrived at 5:49pm. I asked if it was too late to place an order & the girl stated that I still had 9 minutes at that point. I ordered one dog with chili, cheese, jalapenos & slaw & an order of onion rings. I ate the onion rings on the way home. They were piping hot, perfectly battered & fried & they were fantastic!!! The hot dog was warm & had all the correct toppings, but the bun was a bit soggy. I'm not sure if I had eaten that first that there would have been any difference in the level of moisture in the bun. Came to Corner Dog House after a local recommended I give them a try. The building is located in a residential area. There were 6 construction workers there when I arrived so I knew it must be good. I ordered the Original with fries, tater tots & onion rings. The Original is was small but good with chili, onions, and mustard. I brought the fries, tots & onion rings home for the wife.
