Cumberland Square Park — Attraction in Bristol

Beautiful park in Downtown Bristol on the Virginia side. There is a beautiful Veteran's Memorial here, a splash fountain on one side and a large spray fountain on the other, picnic tables, and an amphitheater type stage. I went to the park to enjoy a coffee and donut from Blackbird bakery on a beautiful sunny day. Within minutes, I was approached by the police and almost arrested for loitering.
