Nathaniel at the Bristol Train Station is an exceptional person and has the best customer service! He made sure everything was taken care of at the venue the day before and the day of our wedding. He is incredibly responsive and will help you through whatever you need during your big day. The venue itself was perfect for our Christmas wedding! They had Christmas decor placed around including Garland and a tree, plus they have the cute dangle lights in the reception hall that make it dreamy. The elevator came in handy as our reception was on the main level, ceremony on the 2nd level, and cocktail hour in the Rock room! They set up and broke down the tables and chairs for us. The management claims to now only work with charities and nonprofits. Unless you are a nonprofit hosting a fundraiser, I wouldn’t waste your time.
