Totally the worst ever experience at any Denny's establishment. Went there for a late "Thanksgiving" meal. Haven't been to that particular store in over five years. The one that has exceptional service & quality is the one located @ 1530 REST CHURCH RD 22624. Wish that I drove the extra few miles to have my meal there. Because the one on Martinsburg Pike, in winchester was atrocious to put it mildly. The service was despicable, and the food ordered wasn't as advertised in the menu. Not to mention actually tasted a bit burnt. 1st delivery was incorrect, and had to be sent back to be corrected. And that was even time consuming of waiting. Portions of what did arrive was even very small, again not what was advertised in the menu. ( My View False Advertising ) at it's best. And the employee's offered nothing but flamboyant excuse. Stating that it is what it is. That was taken as being rude in my opinion. Not in the mood than to raise a fuss, I just ate, paid, and immediately just departed there. Also to mention there was to minor charges on our ticket of sides we did not order nor ever received. That in itself is despicable. Store wasn't even busy, to make that kind of mistake on both or our orders.

Sorry to put this to your corporation denny's. But with all due respect, I'm going to have to make sure that this get's more publicity. Why because just imagine how many customers that have probably been disappointed by that store, and probably turned the other cheek as they say. Sorry this customer can't, why because it's not denny's at a whole. From what Iv'e experienced, so far its seemingly just that one particular store, so far that i noticed this disgrace to your corporation. Typically, I give Denny's Restaurants three stars. While the food was three star, the service was horrible.

My wife went in to order a burger and sandwich to go. There were customers in the restaurant but it was not busy. Although a waitress/hostess said they would be right with her to take the order and never came back. After being ignored for approximately 10 minutes, she went online, ordered, and then sat down to wait. One of the staff did, eventually, ask her if her order had been taken. In response to my wife explaining that she'd given up on in person service and ordered online, the waitress commented that by sitting down my wife confused them.

After eating I went back to register a complaint. Again, a few customers but not busy. Staff seemed more interested in cleaning than in greeting me. When I was finally approached by a waitress, I asked for the managers name and explained it was for an online review. The waitress didn't know the manages last name and when to get her.

Ellen F., the manager asked me if I had an issue and I explained what happened. Her response was that she wasn't aware of any problems as she was working out back. Maybe service would improve if the staff was...

A bit of pretext. I had just left Winchester Medical Center following two outpatient procedures I was sedated for. So basically I was ripped. I also have not had Denny's in over 12 years minimum.

This was lunch time and since I wasn't allowed to eat that day until after the procedures I was starving. I ordered pancakes, hash browns, bacon with a cup of coffee.

The pancakes. Oh those magnificent pillows of love and deliciousness. Cooked perfectly golden and piping hot. I could of ordered just pancakes and been in my gastroheaven. They were everything I had hoped for.

As for the hash browns. I do think of myself as a foodie so hear me when I saw that they were almost perfection in shredded potato form. Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the outside. Now. I am not a savage. I ordered them with cheese of course.

The bacon was like crispy pork candy that melted on your tongue.

Overall the experience was decent. The server seemed overwhelmed and possibly was with his section. The restaurant was...
