Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

i ordered two Cheesy Street Tacos… they gave me two random pieces of chicken thrown into the big bag along with my other food. The chicken was the only thing thrown in with absolutely no little bag keeping them together… mind you i didnt even order the chicken i ordered Cheesy street tacos. As soon as i got home and noticed i did not get what i ordered, i drove right back. The women at the register was arguing with me, telling me the two random pieces of chicken WAS the Tacos…. Photos below of the said chicken vs the tacos… she was arguing with me for about THREE WHOLE MINUTES before the guys in the kitchen came to calm her down and tell her they re-made me the food. She rolled her eyes and practically threw the bag at me. I come here ALL THE TIME, and although the food is a hit or miss some nights the staff has ALWAYS been super super nice and ive never had an issue. This was my first time seeing this lady and i hope i never have to see her again, or at the very minimum i hope she gets some more customer service training. Extremely...

My husband and I had just made a three hour trip with a baby and two dogs. We decided on Taco Bell because it's normally a quick, easy and delicious meal. We visited store 16757 in Winchester. We decided to have my husband go through the drive-through and I would take our 8 month old in to change her, and meet back out front to save time. First, there was no changing station. When I went out to ask if there was any other option, I was meet with an, "Oh, sorry about that. We don't have anything else." So I had to change my baby on the bathroom floor on a changing mat that I thankfully brought with me anyways. Second, there wasn't a soul in the front of house, and 3 cars in the drive through when we got there, including ours. It took my husband 20 minutes to get his order summited and picked up. Third, most of the team members were just standing around. Plenty of hands to help, and doing nothing. The only saving grace was that the food was hot and delicious. Will not be going back there unless...

I just came through there about half an hour ago, and I paid for extra meat on my tacos, and extra meat on my quesadilla. I usually go to the Front Royal one and always get the extra meat and you can tell it has it. But I did not recieve it when ordering from here. Why pay for it. To not get it. And I asked if it had it after I checked in the bag. To see if they would say somthing like. "Oh man. I missed that, let me add some more for ya" or such. Seemed like there was an issue they were dealing with on another order. But, I have worked fastfood and retail. Don't forget to fulfill the orders you have while fixing the other one. Maybe one day if I go back, it will be right. Im not a fan of leaving these, but it has been a long day. I also have pictures to show the lack of meat and such as well. And a copy of my reciept.
