Wawa — Restaurant in Winchester

I ordered two zero sugar iced coffees to be picked up at 1:15 pm on the mobile order. I arrived at the store and put in my spot for curbside pickup. I'm disabled and it's hard for me to walk too far. I waited til 1:49 pm and didn't receive my order. So I walked into the store and it wasn't busy at all. I go to the order spot and had to wait until someone finally came over and I said "I was here to get an order, I placed for curbside" Some ladu said "They are over there and pointed to a rack." The drinks were all watered down, and I said I don't want them all watered down. The lady pointed over to some guy at the cashier and said go there. The guy said he could remake them, which I didn't want since I had to be some where to pick someone up. So he said he could do a refund and I said ok. And left. Have made 5 visits to this store since it opened.. In 4 of the 5 visits the store had out of stock ingredients needed to make the items I ordered. Today was the last straw. Went to get a holiday peppermint bark shake. Item was no longer on the menu. Out of peppermint chips. Last time I went to get a shake, the store was out of chocolate chips. Before that out of onions. Tomatoes. Peppers lettuce to make italian hoagies. I grew up love eating wawa food, since I lived 15 miles from the corporate headquarters. Was excited when wawa came to the Winchester area, but that excitement is now gone. Won't he spending any more money there until stock...

I am a transplant from PA to Tennessee. I LOVE WAWA coffee and miss it so much. I look forward to stopping at this new WAWA on my way to see my kids in PA. We stopped @ 3pm and they had no Cuban roast or dark roast coffee made. I was told they don't make it after 2pm. Really? And the Columbian coffee did not taste fresh! At least offer one or the other for those who want a darker roast. This is the first time I ever encountered this problem in the 30+ years of drinking WAWA...
