Never ordering from this Dominos again! We ordered for delivery online and I used my cell as our contact number, without realizing it was dead. When it was a while past our delivery time, I charged my phone enough to restart it and no voicemail ever came up. I figured if there were a problem with our order, they'd call, and of course leave a voicemail when there was no answer...so we finally called up there when we had waited well over double the estimated time. After waiting on hold for several minutes, the lady who answered was SO ridiculously rude to me!! I've never been spoken to so rudely by anyone working in the retail/restaurant business in my entire life! Apparently their driver was a no-show. Supposedly, she called (but like an idiot, didn't leave a voicemail). I straight up told her that I didn't appreciate her rudeness and asked to speak to her manager. And according to her, she WAS the manager! WOW! How does someone with such horrible customer service skills become manager, is my question. So, I told her I'd gladly take my business elsewhere and hung up. I understand being stressed by the fact that her driver didn't show up to work, but what did I do to deserve for her to completely take it out on me? Pizza Hut may not be my preference, but I'll take their crap pizza over bad customer...

The employees aren't so bad but the Manager Suzi who also told me she was the owner of that location yelled at me on the phone for 5 mins without me even raising my voice once . She was so angry her employee promised us a 20$ credit on our account when the pizza was 1hr 30mins late that when we called to use the credit that was obviously " Make believe " she completely lost it and instead of talking to the delivery driver who said it she took all of her frustration out on us . Had she of been nicer about it we would of left it alone and paid for the pizza like we do EVERY WEEK . Instead she went on and on about how " People always want food for free " " Ill deliver the d*mn pizza myself would you like me too ? " . Read moreI normally never have a problem with this Dominoes, so today was a first. I used the curbside service as I have done multiple times before, and waited for 15 minutes to get my order before finally going in to get it myself. No explanation was offered as to why I hadn’t received my order. I was given my food with my salad in a bag turned over sideways and told to have a good day. I don’t normally tip carry out, but I do when I’m using the curbside service. I wish with all my heart there was a way to take it back. If even a simple explanation had been offered “ma’am our system isn’t quite responding properly…” or something…something would’ve been better than nothing. Quality Customer service is so hard to come...
