Went here to eat after reading the good reviews. All I can say is many of the positive reviews have to be fake. Went there at dinner time on a Friday night and only one car in parking lot. Dining room was completely empty. This should have been my first clue to go somewhere else. The entire time we was at dinner not one person came into the dining room. FOOD I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Veal Parmigiana. My friend cannot have fried food so I asked if they can make it without fried veal. Second clue not to eat here: waitress stated that fresh veal would be extra. The veal on the $15 veal parmigiana is frozen patties and fresh veal is extra charge. Brought two salads that contained lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The lettuce and greens were crisp and cold. Unfortunately, so was the mushy tomatoes that had been cut and store in refrigerator. The tomatoes had some white liquid on some of them that was obviously something spilled on them from some other food in the refrigerator. I removed the tainted tomatoes and the rest of the salad was acceptable. The Chicken Alfredo was some thick, lumpy liquid on top of pasta that had been previously prepared and partially heated. I took one bite of the Chicken Alfredo and that was all I could stomach without getting sick. The Alfredo sauce was not fresh and it the lumpiness was probably from reheating some sauce that had been in cold storage for who knows how long. I pushed the sauce aside hoping to at least eat a little of the pasta that did not have sauce on it. Again, the pasta was very stale and it was cold and warm in places. Not freshly made. The veal parmigiana consisted of one very small piece of cheap cut of veal and was very tough. I had a hard time cutting it with the knife. There was very little sauce on it and the sauce was thick and also reheated. I can't say this was the worse meal I have ever eaten out, but I can't remember another time when I had a meal this bad. The only reason they must still be in business is because of the Pizza. There were several people that came in to get Pizza or Subs to go when we were eating. SERVICE: After the waitress brought our meals, she did not come back one time to check on us. I had to go to the bar to get my tab and pay my bill. Total bill was $40 with tip. You can get a decent quality Italian meal for two people for under $40 by avoiding this place.

Super disappointing big waste of money. I can't believe I paid for this. This was the worst purchase I've ever made maybe in my entire life. I payed $25 for a calzone and it was the smallest piece of garbage I had ever seen. It was mostly bread and I could have gotten so much more incredible food for that price somewhere else. I also ordered the cheese sticks appetizer and there was more food in the $8 cheese sticks bread than their was in my entire tiny calzone I received. I only ordered from this restaurant because Vinny's To Go was closed and I thought Sopranos would have had the same quality or better. You can buy a calzone 5 times the size for half the price and better ingredients at Vinny's To Go. I wish I had just waited until Vinny's To Go was open, I guess they are a really special place if this is what other Italian restaurants have to offer. Do not order from this place, it's truly a scam.

Haneen greeted and directed us to a table. The atmosphere here is akin to a family dining room with Italian accents. We came on a Friday night and was surprised that it was not too busy. I enjoyed chicken strips and chicken and dumpling soup for appetizer and the soprano meal with side salad and bread for dinner. My husband enjoyed the garlic knots and Italian burger sub with onion rings. For dessert we had the chocolate fudge cake and carrot cake with coffee. High stars all around. The food was hot and well presented with a generous portion. The prices were great! James was the chef and came out to check on us and greeted us and told us a little of his history and experience which just added to the meals enjoyment!

It is not the food is not good. The food is delicious. But however, the customer service from the driver that we always get stuck with is horrible. Every time he delivers here to this business either part of the order is forgotten or a drink is forgotten or there is price change that NO ONE calls us about. Then when we tell him about it, he has the attitude like "it is what it is". That is the wrong attitude to have when you are dealing with the public. If you don't like your job then quit. At least apologize for making us late going to lunch, apologize for the inconvenience to us. That is customer service. Be polite and not nasty to the people who are ensuring that you still have a job and get a check. When you have a business that orders from you and spends a nice size amount of money with you, you want to keep that business and make sure that their orders are right and that the driver knows what's what and what order goes to who!!! This is the store by CNU

As I was told by the owner that the guy would be let go, however he is still there delivering. We have ordered again because like I said the food is good but I don't like being lied to. So today 02/28/2019 we ordered at 10:57am and was told the food would arrive around 11:45am. It is 12:13pm and still no food. I called to the restaurant the girl that answered said they were slammed and the driver would be here when he could!!! We have a set schedule at work to go to lunch and now pretty much we have missed our lunch here because of this. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL. NOT EVEN A "SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE WAS SAID" . . . Strike 2!!! Gave them yet another chance by ordering. On the website we had the option to choose 11:30am. So it's 11:48 and we still don't have our food here at work. I called and was told that they don't open until 11 and it takes about 45 minutes to deliver. THEN WHY HAVE THE OPTION FOR 11:30AM???? If someone see that, then they expect their food at that time!!! The food is delicious which is why this is bitter sweet but this business will not be ordering from them anymore because if there is more than 2 orders there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!! From now on we will have to go pick up our food. Suggestion: Hire more people to meet the demands of your customers! The food was wrong. When we called he claimed it was our fault and that we ordered it wrong. We have been ordering the same way for the past 6 months and never had lettuce, tomato and onions left off our sub. He also hollered at my friend that called him about her food. Then said it would take 48 hours to get our money back. It didn't take 48 hours for us to pay did it? NO But since this is such a problem, maybe we should take it...

So I will start my review by saying this review is not based on the food because the food is absolutely amazing. I ordered my food which was a pizza and 2 cheeseburger meals the food comes both burgers were made wrong. I called the store back because I CANNOT eat onions and there were onions on my burger. When I called the girl who answered the phone read my order back to me and said that they were remaking it and sending it back out. She also told me to keep the food that was wrong because they needed to swap it out or at least see that it was wrong. Now to get the first order was an hour wait so I ordered at 5pm got my food a little after 6 so by the time I called and replaced the order it was almost 7 I waited and waited when I tried to call back they refused to answer the phone for my phone number. So at that point I called from my husbands phone it is now 9pm they tell me they are not going to deliver it and that I had to wait for a manager to call me back to refund me. So at this point I have no food and no refund. I can honestly say I love the food but I will not be ordering from this establishment anymore. No apology nothing how can you offer a refund but tell me I cannot have it until a manager calls me back. The restaurant closes at 10pm it is now 9:45 no call no food no money. If I could give no stars I would based on the customer service or lack thereof I should say. And the girl answering the phone was rude about like I didn’t pay for my food and then was told my food was coming. They didn’t even call me to tell me that my food wasn’t coming and refused to answer my phone number and the girl gave me attitude like it was my fault the food wasn’t here. I cannot support business like this. No matter how good the food is.

Update Called and was told that the owner does not want to deal with my situation and will not refund my money or my food....
