Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I WISH I COULD RATE IT LOWER I ordered pizza on a Friday night online, and I went to go pick it up when I was supposed to. However, I ended up waiting there for over an hour. 30 minutes in, I got skeptical and decided to ask how it was going, and they said they were cutting it into slices and it would only take two more minutes. That was clearly not the case and they red-handedly lied. After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked them whether my pizza was coming or not, and they said "Yes, you are at the top of the receiving list," and that didn't happen so that's another plain lie. 15 minutes later, after an hour of straight waiting, I decided that what was happening was ridiculous and asked them what was going on. Then they proceeded to tell me that my order had been lost and all they offered me was a refund for my money. I waited for an hour to receive my pizza, and I never did. We just ordered from this location last night and it was awful. The delivery driver must have gotten lost because it took over 30 minutes for us to receive our pizza. They had my cell number, not sure why they didn't use it to help find our place? I then made the mistake of calling the store to check on our order. An employee named Jake answered the phone like he was stoned or something? They acted like it was such a hassle that I even called. We usually have a good experience with this location. Ordered at 6:15, received email that it would take around 30-40 minutes. Checked the tracker around 7:00 and it indicated my order was delivered, but it wasn’t. I called the store and they told me it was delivered to another address. (They did not text or email to let me know there was a problem.) Talked to the manager and he had no remorse whatsoever and simply said they would remake the order when they could. Finally got the order almost 2 hours after placed and the pizzas showed up with cheese all over the place.
