Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I typically have an amenable experience at this location. However, tonight I must say that the experience was substandard. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with complaints from the servers that they were short staffed and it would be "a while" for my order. I paid and took a seat. My order showed ready in 6 minutes on the display board, but thought it couldn't be correct since the server said they were behind. Nonetheless, I expected to be notified when my pizza was ready. Another customer entered the store and immediately received his order. I looked at the monitor and it displayed my order was ready, so I proceeded to the counter. I was standing at the counter and the staff behind the counter were restocking boxes. No problem, I thought, he will surely come assist me. Another minute or so and another customer entered. The clerk behind the counter immediately turned to greet the new customer, completing ignoring me. I quickly asked the clerk if he could check my order. Well, he found it and fumbled for a few more long moments trying to find the entire order. Once he found it, he proceeded to look for my receipt, which I had already paid. I told the clerk this and was left to leave with my now, cooling pizza. By the time I made the 15 minute drive home, the pizzas (4 of them) were almost cold.

I must say, that with this service and the way I saw what appeared to be the manager, running the store and talking to the other employees, I will be going to a different location - even if it is slightly...

This Dominos is decent but not without many problems. If you’re going to order from here I highly recommend doing it online or in-store (not calling). Upon trying to place an order yesterday, I was put through to a random woman (who said herself she didn’t work at that Dominos and simply took the orders). To start things off she knew nothing (even going as far as to say the $5.99 deal could be for anything, then saying there was a deal to get 2 pizzas and wings for $5.99 total). I decided I needed more time to think and told her I’d call back. Once I called back (around 9:30 pm), she claimed this specific Dominos was closed and that there were no more deliveries tonight. Confused, I explained how I’ve placed delivery orders much later, to which she said that at this location deliveries are done at 9:30-9:45 pm so I wasn’t allowed to place an order. I ended up driving up to Dominos (to see whether or not they were open), and not to much surprise they were still open and doing deliveries. Thankfully the employee was able to get my order ready, and was extremely nice! I just hope other customers don’t have this problem, because if someone is claiming that this location is closed/not doing deliveries at random times when people call, then I’m sure a great deal of business could be lost. In addition, I live about 10 minutes away, and when I call I get told that Dominos doesn’t deliver to my area. I have none of these issues when placing an...

This dominos is terrible!!! First when you call it doesn’t even go to the location that you’recall,it goes to some dominos representatives and then you got to wait on the representative to call the store. So I call to order a pasta. I was 20 minutes away from the locust grove dominos. I wanted to pick it up because I’m going home and I pass by it to get to my house. So the representative tells me carry out isn’t available only delivery, which I didn’t care much about. I complete my order and she says let me call the locust grove dominos to complete the order with them . So 15 minutes go by of me waiting on the line for her to get my order completed. I was getting mad so I hung up. At this point I had already passed the dominios and was 2 minutes from my house. I call back and the same representative answered me and I asked her if they will be able to deliver it or not and she told me that delivery isn’t available at this time only carry out. I told her well you had me waiting for 15 minutes to complete a order with just a chicken Alfredo pasta, plus I’m already home I’m not turning around and driving 10 minutes back to dominios.
