Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Absolutely horrendous....ordered a pizza for delivery on say a Monday or Tuesday order was wrong so they gave me a gift certificate for another pizza...I work on The road and after an extremely long day I wanted to use that certificate....place the order at 9 (non busy) time for this restaurant...gentlemen quoted me for 35 min...pizza showed up 65-70 min....but what bothers me is that the company, with all this order guarentee jargon doesn't specify the $3.70+ hidden delivery fee so my medium specialty pizza cost $21 + tip( the first time order)....and I used to work in the industry so I tip fair....then the certificate pizza wasn't comped because I had to pay the delivery fee (which doesn't go to the driver)+ tip so $11 total for the replacement pizza , which was miss quoted on time and tested like it sat on my counter for half the night....so answer this domino's.....why did I pay over $40 for unsatisfactory pizza...all on the behalf of your company which spends countless dollars on advertising quality guarentee jargon👎👎....🙏 y'all get your...

I should have read the reviews before placing my order and wasting my time. I’m usually not one to complain, but this situation left me no choice!

I ordered 3 items at 7:15 PM. When I didn’t see my food arrive at 8:50, I called to find out the status of my order. They told me the persons car broke down and they had to come back. I never received a phone call in regards to an update for the status of my order.

I told them I would arrive to pick it up. I got there and requested to see if my order was cold, of course it was cold! I was told my order would take 40 minutes in order to complete even though this error was still no fault of my own. The employee should have remade it immediately and jumped it above the rest. I asked for a refund and I guess we’ll see if I get it.

I’d probably not be writing this extended review had someone just call me to tell me what happened. Just be upfront...

This domino's is pretty rough shape. The people who try to prepare what is considered a simple meal to make struggle greatly and if shows when you see their end product. However you probably won't get that far becsude if they close at let's say 11:00 p.m. if you call in or order online anytime after 9:30 they run the cycle from prep to bake and they are not making your good' just a way to side table you until you realize what's going on and then it's too late and if you try and make a claim with Domino's or file a complaint it doesn't exist because they never actually completed the order. That's the only thing they're good at there is not making food and not delivering it and finding ways to do that the very thing. Remarkable the effort people will put in to not do the job that they're getting paid to do. Avoid it if you can because it's garbage (in a new...
