We are in town for the night. Too tired to go out for dinner. So I call Domino's for a delivery. As soon as they answered the phone, I get put on hold. I was on hold long enough to place our order on line and pay for it. Online stated 30-35 minutes for delivery. As soon as I hit pay for my order. Domino's employee gets on the phone. I told him I already placed my order online. He verified my order. I ask him "please cook the wings EXTRA CRISPY" he stated "no problem". He proceeds to tell me "it will be at least an hour for delivery". I said "according to your website, delivery should be 30-35 minutes". Him "well the computer doesn't know how busy we are". Luckily we received our order in about 30 minutes. Now for the food. Pizza had way to much sauce on it. Wings NOT crispy, NOT even a little. Cinnamon Twist good as always. But I added an extra dipping icing for the Cinnamon Twist. Cost an extra. 25 cents. We didn't get it. I was going to call and complain. My sweetie said it's not worth it over a quarter. I know she's right. But that was not my point. I wanted to let them know, they messed up. Bottom line, pizza was hot, and had to much sauce. Wings were hot and soggy. Cinnamon Twist good. I will NOT order from this...
Read moreWe have been customers of this location for years but never again. We had guests one weekend and ordered some pizzas and wings and garlic knots for pickup. When we opened the wings there was a huge ant inside the wings underneath the cheese. We immediately contacted Domino's even contacted corporate. We were told that the area Supervisor would contact me but he never did so I reached out to corporate again and Jack the area Supervisor finally contacted me via e-mail and started his note with "Hey". I had already stated that I would never spend another dime at this location or any Domino's again and I wanted a refund and all he wanted to do is replace the wings. NO THANK YOU! I have tried contacting him twice since requesting my money back since the food was trashed and that would be the right thing to do but he has not responded. Jack, a supervisor was not even courteous enough to give me a call as corporate said I should expect from him. Check your food closely if you purchase from Domino's. Very poor customer service and nasty location because that is something that should have been caught...
Read moreIt's ALWAYS only 1 person working there. He's nice as he can be but obviously that causes a lot of issues with order accuracy. Normally we let it slide because we sympathize that he's busy and alone but after tonight we're done. Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 kinds of bread sides, received only 3 pizzas and the bread. Not a huge deal, my husband should have counted as well. He goes back to the store to get it and finds it was never made to begin with, he shows the guy the order, guy makes it. Husband gets home and it's just a pepperoni pizza, when it should have been 5 toppings. Husband should have checked but seriously? We are giving up on it now but won't ever return. There's only been 1 person working here for literally 6 months+ there's clearly something wrong with atmosphere, pay, ownership or something otherwise they would be better staffed, especially on weekends . FIX IT otherwise you are just robbing your customers, which will lead to less business. Try paying a living wage and see what happens....
