I had my husband pick up from this dominos instead of our usual over on Old Keene Mill road. We ordered 2 pan pizzas. Basically I ate a small slice and noticed it tasted kinda funny. The pizza was completely gooey, raw dough in the middle and there was a “gum line” all the way through. I called dominos and the woman I spoke with said I needed to ask for it well done, I told her I just want it fully cooked through, not well done. I even googled how to fix the undercooked pizza because I wanted my son to eat something and came across someone talking about how pan pizzas need to be pushed back further into the oven and I explained that I found that on google and hope it helps. They did a remake and I paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver. The two new pizzas had a hard bottom, burnt around the edges, and again undercooked in the middle. Like gooey doughy undercooked. This dominos in University Malls oven is either broken or they have an inexperienced person making the pizzas over there. However, the Old Keene Mill road dominos is awesome, maybe they could have someone go over to Braddock road Dominos and train them how to make the pan pizzas🤷🏻♀️
Also they don’t except $50s, so if you have anything larger than $20s, you gotta walk over to giant to break a $50 to get the undercooked...
Read moreMe and my friend went in there around 5:30 to get cheesy bread and garlic sauce before our activity around the corner at 6 that we had a reservation for. We got the food around 5:50 and went straight there. When we got to our spot we opened the box and there was no sauce and it was pizza. We couldn’t call until after our activity because we couldn’t leave we had already made reservations. When we called the man wanted to argue and say we were lying. I’m a manger at one of the most popular food restaurants so I understand mistakes but when I’m called a liar that’s when it’s a problem. We even said we had recipe proof of both domino’s and our activity and he still said we were lying. The young lady who took our order up front was rude and we had to repeat our one item order to her multiple times just for her to still get it wrong. The sauce that she said was an extra 75 cents for and kept asking us if that extra 75 cents was ok making it such a big deal just for us not to receive it. Again it wasn’t a big mistake but the way they handled it was poorly. I’m disappointed in the staff here wouldn’t return. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I wish I would’ve got the name of the man on the phone he had the worst customer service I’ve...
Read moreWe were visiting Virginia for a couple of days, and we wanted pizza. It was really late, so Domino's was the only place open. We ordered online, everything went well. The guy comes to our room and starts chewing my brother out telling him, "You know, giving out a fake address can get you arrested?" He was not nice about it, either. He would not shut up about the fake address and us being out of area code. First off, the pizza was not paid online, YOU DID NOT HAVE TO DELIVER IT! Second off, if you were really smart, the GPS would NOT have taken you to the "accidental" address I entered. I accidentally typed in "Circle" instead of "Boulevard"; thus, causing myself a chance to be in prison. SCORE! Also, I even told them the room number and what hotel it was, HOW MUCH EASIER DID I MAKE IT?! The guy did not deserve the tip my brother gave him, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I am more than disappointed how rude someone can be. Not to mention, the pizza was awful. They burned the cheesy bread and the pizza. Such an awful experience, and it definitely made me look forward to coming home. Northerners are so freakin'...
