Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

I would hate to give DD such a low rating since i’m a fan of it but sadly I do have to mention some few things that i noticed that weren’t very friendly. First, I would just like to say, am I the only one that has noticed all the flies that fly around by the window seats? My sister and I always sit on the high chairs over there and we notice the flies ALL THE TIME, also some on the donuts. Second, The employees are always yelling at each other and I can always see at least 3 people by the drive thru window and no one at the front. If their is someone at the front, they don’t notice or talk to you at all, even if you try to get their attention. Third, One day I was with my sister sitting on the high chairs and one employee, with a name I did not catch but she is always their in the morning either talking on the phone or mopping the floor. My sister and I were asked to get off our chairs so she could mop under us. Not to mention it was only noon and the floor did not look dirty at all. But as soon as my sister stepped on the floor she immediately slipped and hurt her knee. This dunkin should be shut down. Do not...

Ordered 3 breakfast items: sourdough sandwich, chorizo wrap, and bacon wake up wrap. Food was great.

I also ordered two sugar free vanilla iced coffees. I was given two French vanilla iced coffees with sugar and cream. I only noticed because of the sugar on the bottom of the cup.

I brought it to their attention and they looked at me dumbfounded. They male then told me I never asked for sugar free vanilla. Like of course from the intercom to the pick up window I forgot what I said and forgot I have diabetes so made sure I asked for drinks filled with sugar.

They never offered to correct the issue. Only told me that I never said I asked for sugar free.

So do not come to this location if you have health issues because they will end up killing you and letting you know it was only your fault. They were also not native to the US so do not come here expecting to be understood if your first language is English.

I should have seen the guy walking out telling everyone "good luck" on his way out as a sign not to even have wasted my time here.

The 2 girls who seemed like the only ones on duty at the time we're overwhelmed, with 1 order in progress and maybe 4-5 others in line. Might have been a machine malfunction somewhere but it should have been made known to the people waiting in line. Hearing the cashier ask the other employee what the manager code out loud was not quite right so I jokingly said to the others waiting with me to "quickly write down the code" as the other one was reciting the code.

So as both of the employees were now at the register, they then "thanked" me for slowing them down.

Please find more people to work here or ones who actually know what they're doing or even have a bit of customer service skills. Needless to say, I just went to the 7-11 and got my own coffee in and out in...
