Someone needs to check how they make their sweet tea in the morning because this is getting absolutely ridiculous. This Dunkin’ is usually so good about my order. However, the last three times I have gone here, the sweet tea that I order with raspberry flavoring never comes out sweet. I am getting sick and tired of constantly telling the employees there “this tea is not sweet, it is very bitter”, and having nothing change. The first time this happened I had the drink remade three times. THREE TIMES. And Every. Single. Time. It was remade, it was the same. I felt like I was going insane as I was trying to explain, frustrated beyond belief but trying to not lose it on these strangers, that my tea was no where near sweet. And even then, when I said the tea wasn’t sweet the first time, the guy who made it told me, as if I had not just sipped the most disgustingly bitter concoction in my entire life, that it was sweet because he made it. I nearly screamed at him out of pure frustration, because he was so confidently wrong. The next time I got the tea again, it again was not sweet, but the man with dreads who made the tea for us was nice enough to give me many sugar packets, so there was less of an issue. The man was also very nice throughout the entire time we were there. The last time was today on 5/10/25, and it was not sweet, I didn’t even fight it at this point. What is the point if every time at this point the tea comes out disgustingly bitter? Who is making the tea in the morning? And why has this problem not been solved? These problems have gone on for over the course of over a month, and no one else has made any noise whatsoever about this? It’s ridiculous, it’s annoying, and sometimes it makes me so upset I almost cry. This location was the place that I knew I’d be able to go to when I was feeling at my lowest, to at least give me a mini glimpse of feeling like it’s gonna be alright. But instead, the past three times have been the most disappointing yet. Someone please look into this, and look into how some of the employees handle the situation. Some of them are not professional...
Read moreThis has been my partner and I's go to dunkin the past 2 months and we even go the opposite direction because we like this one so much. We always do online ordering and it's seemed fine.
I've been online ordering a frozen oatmilk coffee everytime I come here, and oatmilk has always been an option. But this morning the staff said that they can't do frozen coffees with oatmilk.
The potential loss of money isn't an issue but if you are vegan/ allergic to dairy I would just make sure to clarify that your drink is dairy free. I'm just hoping that they were just out of stock, and it was early and they worded it wrong. Other than this , this location is awesome, the staff is super friendly and quick, and if that non dairy option truly isn't available for the frozen drink machine like they said . I'm thankful for the staff member that informed us this morning instead of replacing it with a dairy milk.
Update: 4/20.
We decided to try this location one more time and I ordered my oatmilk frozen coffees as usual. They didn't say that the machine couldn't use non dairy this time. (I was a barista for years, so I'm going to assume the previous staff member didn't want to clean out the dairy residue in the blender or something. Fair enough...) our coffees had no flavor this time. The frozen coffee was really just frozen oatmilk. They were out of the bagel we selected on the app and we chose a different bagel, no big deal!. The employee burnt the bagel packaged it up and gave it to us. If I could insert a photo of it I would. We both have worked food service for years and just don't understand how you can burn a bagel to the point it's black and package it and move on. Nobody was behind us in line (we know because we immediately turned around before leaving the parking lot.)
We really loved this location a few months ago and would go out of our way to come here, but the other location infront of 2nd and Charles and probably a safer bet for now if you can go there instead.
The sign out front did say they were hiring new managers so hopefully this location gets back up to...
Read moreWe placed an order on the app and arrived shortly after, it took about 5 minutes before anyone came to the drivethrough window and they explained that one of the drinks was not right because they didn't have the proper ingredient so they substituted. We agreed because we were in a rush but they never gave us our food which we informed them. They requested that we pull up and wait and that someone would bring us our food, which we did. After 10 minutes we decided to get back in the mobile order line and ask for our food so they wouldn't have to bring it to us as they had become a little busy. We were informed that the manager was "just about to come out and tell us that they didn't have any of the 5 different food items we had ordered. But decided not to because we had pulled around to the mobile order line again." At this point we finally said forget it, take back the drinks, one was wrong anyway, just issue us a refund and we'll be on our way. The drivethrough attendant informed us that since we had taken them that we could not have a refund. To be clear, they knew our food was not available and we still had to ask for a refund which is absurd! We demanded an immediate refund for the food, which for some reason surprised the staff, and never once did we see this manager. All we got were messages from the drivethrough worker to us "from the manager". The biggest kick in the teeth is that they had the nerve to give us STORE CREDIT as our refund, as if we would ever want to return to their store after this experience. This is, by far, the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and obviously not just me as we encountered several customers who also left in quite a bad mood and without any food or drink. The experience was so bad that we are staying the heck away from this company at this point, it was the most terrible customer service I have...
