I placed a phone order for quesadillas with chicken , cheese, peppers and onions. When the girl repeated it back to me, she asked me if I didn’t want peppers and onions and I said no I do want peppers and onions so she repeated it again and it was correct. When I got to the restaurant and picked up my order it was $13.76. I went to my car and checked my order before I left. There was only chicken and cheese and very little of it. I went back inside and told them what I had ordered and that I was very disappointed in how these were prepared. There was a gentleman who asked the Cook to add peppers and onions to my quesadillas and I said no, I want new ones made. He seemed a bit irritated about it and he said he would have to charge me more because of the peppers and onions and I told him I was not going to pay more because I wasn’t the one who made it wrong. I was very irritated and probably spoke more harshly and loudly than I should have but I did repeat the order twice to the person who took my order and she did repeat it correctly the second time so I did not feel I should be charged more for their mistake. We eat at Anthony’s all the time and have always loved their food and service and never had any issues until today. I felt like they did not handle the situation very well either so I ended up just asking for a refund. I can’t say I’ll never go again, but it will be a while the name on my receipt is Aiyahna so I assume she’s the one who...
Read moreWe had one of the worst experiences. Our son's breakfast for dinner had stale biscuits and cold gravy. When he told the waitress she told the manager and with taking the biscuits off they still charged him full price for the eggs, bacon and coffee at $12.00. Whe asked just to take only the coffee off she said no because he had drank a few sips. Of course we paid, but when he asked to talk to the manager she avoided him initially and then would not do anything regarding the order. He said he would never go back and that did not bother her. They have therefore lost the 4 of us as customers. Our son has worked in the restuarant business and never before has he treated a customer like this or been treated like this. We have gone here before and the food may not have been the best but we overlooked it. This time it had to be addressed bc of the way the food was prepared. I'm sorry to write this review, but I felt it is really necessary as no one seemed concerned about really apologizing. I would not have posted anything and just not gone back, but bc of the way things were handled by management I can't let this go on where you feel like if you don't want to come back that's ok, no problem. We are always very considerate and we know sometimes places are short staffed, etc and we always leave a 20% tip, but there is no excuse for this...
Read moreNeeds to be way cleaner, it has a smell of mustiness, it had sticky tables, and silverware. I got my drink and it had something floating in it. The coffee was horrible. The food was okish. * Update I had to drop them a star , the dishes were gross, we had to wait to be seated for 5 minutes, the restaurant was not even full infact theree was only like 10 tables full. Out of the whole restaurant. So there was no need for us to wait that long to be seated, at a table no one cleaned. Then when our food got out my salad was rotten, , my husband's food was steak with a piece of kraft cheese, that has been heating under the lamps for several hours. Then I looked at the menu and saw you had to pay extra to substitute out something out. Which is horrible thing to do if you do not want something. I am not happy at all with what came out for my kids to eat wither. They had two small chicken tenders and a bowl of fruit that was gross, and a pack of stale cookies. My kids love fruit, and they know what fruit is supposed to taste like. Also if you run out of something that you have on the menu you should have someone run to the store and get it. Then talk to the Manger and tell them how to better spend for the demand...
