TERRIBLE SEEVICE!!!! The employees are very rude here and gave me such terrible service... They messed up my foot long sub and did not add any meat, so when I went back and told her, she grabbed the meat, wrapped it in a paper wrap, and gave it to me and told me I can just put it in my sandwich. She didn't even give me my 12 inch meat portion, just 6 inches. I asked if she could redo it and she said she couldn't. I asked for the manager but apparently she said there wasn't one. I kept saying it was her fault and she should redo it. Several and several times, she would respond saying she couldn't redo my sub. This literally went on for minutes and then she only said she can do 6 inches and I would have to pay for the rest. I was really frustrated and told her I had a 12 inch! She said because I took one little bite, that I would have to pay for the rest. Are you kidding me? I just told her I would pay the rest for the sub and after she made it right, she finally said, don't worry about it, it was my fault. I've had problems with another employee that works there the last couple times. I'm just done with this subway. Now I'm having to drive 20 min away compared to 5...

The customer service received was terrible starting with being made to wait to place an order. With no other customers in the place, I waited five minutes even after the sandwich maker made eye contact with me. That was problem #1. Problem #2 came when paying for the purchase, I had a combo meal coupon and asked the cashier if he would upsize the drink knowing that it would cost a little more and was willing to pay for it. I was told no that he would not upsize the drink. The final problem was with the lid for the cup which did not fit properly and blew off the cup as I exited the building forcing me to have to go back and get a second lid which also didn't fit and even though I was able drive off, the lid came off again and the drink spilled in my car. the insult in all this was the sandwich itself which was skimpy on the ingredients. I am going to avoid this store now at all cost and my only advice to the store owner is that you need to look into retraining your staff in customer service and if you can't do that then you might as well close your store and get out of the food...
Read moreI called before going but nobody answered. When I went in the employee was making her friend a sandwich. She didn't acknowledge me or anything. Then when it was my turn, she made my sandwich not letting me know that every piece of bread that was in there was stale. So I got my sandwich and bit it. The bread was the worst stale bread ever. So I went back in. She said, all the bread like that that's why I toast it. Hunny if you toast that stale bread then how would anybody be able to eat it. Mind you her friend was back in there getting another sandwich. Also I never seen her friend pay for either sandwich. So she ask did I want my money back and I told her if the other bread was soft I'll take it. Well that bread was stale too. The meat was brown looking on my cold cut and she gone say oh it's because of the temperature. Y'all gone get someone sick in this place. She did give me my money back but not out the draw.
