While IHOP has established a secure space in our heads for the fast, convenient, pleasant, and efficient breakfast (at the other restaurants), this location is yet to prove itself. We chose this location on several occasions for either delivery, pick up, or dine-in. However, 5 out of 6 times this restaurant fails us in order fulfillment. Our most recent visit was Saturday, August 13th (lunch). We chose this restaurant as the wait time was supposed to be about 10-15 mins; we saw people waiting to be seated, however, there was no rush or overwhelming crowd of people. After asking if seating outside is available, we get to listen to the conversation between the waitresses debating if anybody is actually working outside (people outside seated, enjoying their food - obviously, somebody is working outside). We end up being seated about 20 - 25 mins later. Our order is taken, we are informed that the kitchen is a bit behind - we certainly appreciate the courtesy of letting us know. Our order comes about 45 mins later. The order is not correct; however, at this time we are so hungry that we keep it as it is - we are happy to get the whole order together (an issue that table next to us had). No condiments, nor salt or pepper provided for the table. We certainly appreciated the person that seated us (gentleman with the beard) - I see him working here for almost a year (may be longer) and he is a problem solver for both pick up and dine in orders; our server was professional, pleasant, and courteous - letting us know that there will be a wait, bringing our order all at the same time, we appreciated it. I had my fair share of working at restaurants, waitstaff to management, and it seems that this location is struggling with it's kitchen staff. There should be no 45 min wait on food with the lunch crowd that was present. And although the manager came out to the dining floor, it was obvious that she was spending most of her morning/shift in the kitchen. Read moreDO NOT COME HERE. This was quite literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever endured. Our server immediately spoke to us as if we had inconvenienced him by dining in. There were only two other tables in the whole restaurant that had people sitting there. So you can imagine my surprise and frustration when all four of the meals we ordered came out completely wrong or missing the majority of the meal. Not to mention our appetizer came out AFTER our meals did. We brought to our servers attention that everything was wrong and that we never got our appetizer to which he provided us with very obvious lies as excuses. I was a server for years, so I understand the kitchen making a few mistakes when it’s really busy, but this was just not the case at all. We waited and waited for the rest of our food to come out and it never did. After 20+ minutes of waiting, the server yelled across the room to say that the kitchen is crazy and he’s working on it. Very doubtful. Although the kitchen did have a bunch of people just yelling and blasting music as loud as possible, walking in and out to do nothing at all. When he mentioned that, we just asked for the check and to have him adjust it for all of the food that we never got. Several minutes later the manager came up to our table and said, “you asked to see me?” as annoyed as possible. We didn’t ask, but now that she was there we told her everything that was wrong. Our server handed us the check during that and we saw that he had put every single meal in completely wrong. I have no idea how he messed up so badly on entering in the food when we ordered the most basic and common meals. The manager never apologized and was super rude throughout our entire interaction. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. They offer curbside but have only one curbside spot. Which really doesn’t matter because they don’t answer the phone so you have to find parking and walk inside anyway. After going inside for a curbside order I waited about 5 minutes before being helped. After that I waited another 15 minutes. At this point my order is about 20 minutes late when they bring it to me. I ask for a manager whose response is that they are short staffed and that was it. No type of corrective actions or offers for better service in the future, nothing. Just we are short staffed. I then ask for a refund and she stated it’ll be a few minutes. 10 minutes go by and she asks again if I need something. I tell her I am still waiting for a refund to which she responds it will be a while as we are busy. I tell her I don’t feel comfortable leaving without a receipt of any kind and only her word to go off of. She tells me in a roundabout way that she doesn’t have time and won’t be doing it any time soon and cannot give me any proof that I was promised a refund. At that point I take the cold food and leave as the waiting area continues to fill with other people who are not going to be helped any time soon.
