Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

I normally give them five stars but the orders I received from them this weekend we're so terrible I don't know who they hired but he needs more training. I know they have the tape right beside them when they making sandwiches he just shoves mine into a bag and doesn't even close it up I'm going to reveal the picture and Saturday the sandwich was so bad I ordered two ham subs and yesterday I ordered a tuna so and I didn't require anything but mail and onion and letters because I didn't want my bread soggy well it ended up being sorry I don't know what he did and Saturday the way he made my Subs they made me vomit. I could tell he was new and I keep saying he because I don't think a woman would do such a poor job on making easy sandwiches. I won't order from them on the weekends because I knew the new help will be there and they're going to run people away because this person is doing nothing they're going to make money for prom or something like that simple and easy and then they're going to quit. The effort they put in making a sub is so poor I never gag off of Jersey Mike's Subs but I did Saturday Sunday the sandwich was made so poorly I sat there and ate tuna sub with the fork because if I bite into it all of it was going outside the bread on there plate that's how poorly it was made. When you notice how they make your subs you know it's somebody new when I've never had dances wait for my order before when they get to the store it's normally ready for them it wasn't ready yesterday and he did such poor jobs on making the subs and I keep saying he I just can't imagine that a woman did this poorly. Probably the first sandwiches he's ever made was a person has ever made. Please do better are you going to run get customers off to maybe a Subway or...

I used to love jersey mikes and this is the store ive gone to for along time. Last 3 times ive picked up an order its been wrong. This time i called and asked for a manager. No manager was there just teens running the store. I explained the sandwich was on the wrong bread did not have the extra meat, cheese or bacon(all items with an upcharge). I was basically told to call and ask for a manager tomorrow. Was also told they have alot of problems with hot sandwiches being made wrong. At 26 dollars for a jazzed up steak and cheese it should atleast be close to right. Im not gonna try and chase down a manager. Please authorize someone to refund for major mistakes if your not gonna have management on site. UPDATE 1 week late= Still havent been able to get a manager on the phone!!! BEST IN THE 804!! Not only that there subs are the best, but their customer service is even better!! I would like to thank everyone at this location for their service, but a special shout-out to Charlie who has been serving me for a little over a year now, making the greatest subs I've ever had.
