Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

Not the greatest experience.. But average.. A lot went on during my visit.. First, a lady got upset because she had to come back in 3 times because her order was not correct.. On the 3rd trip she just asked for her money back and was not pleased with the service at all.. The manager on duty did apologize for the inconvenience and refunded the customer as requested; however, the cashier who took the order never once acknowledged or apologized to the customer and even went as far as just sitting the customer's order on the counter and walking away instead of handing it to the customer directly. A second customer shortly after that came back in as well due to his sandwich not being right.. This one went smoother than the previous customer.. Manager made him a new sandwich and he was Good to go.. All this transpired as I had to wait for 14 minutes BEFORE I even ordered my own food. On the positive side, my order was correct and the food was good.. May want to consider have more than just 2 people total working during...

On June 20th 2019 , I ordered a spicy crispy sandwich meal and was served uncooked raw chicken! (See images) In the thirty minutes since my eating this meal I've thrown all of it up and will most likely be taking a trip to the hospital, for( food poisoning). The staff here are unprofessional and unconcerned for common wellbeing of people, let alone good customer service, to serve a fellow human sick inducing food. What if a child had eaten this food? What if one of the elderly? What then, even still I didnt deserve that at all, as I was kind and courteous to the staff as I am with all people and clients. This is not how you run a business! I deserve a refund and some form of compensation for pain and illness. Granted most of the reviews here may be of the daytime staff, evening staff is what gave me this raw food! Please, please for your own safety check your meals and orders (before) you eat!

Went this morning around 8:10AM- I could tell the order taker was pretty new at this because it was pretty awful. A manager was sitting in her car on the phone with the headset on, so I assume she at least heard most of what happened. The black girl with multicolored nails took my order- didn't get a name. Asked for #2 breakfast sandwich with a medium tot- she told me I'd have to pay for the drink- I was like uhm- do the thing where I don't have to please? She eventually figured it out, after asking me to tell her what a #2 sandwich is again. Read me the wrong total, and when I got to the window, she asked what I got again- and then finally I got my order, but the tot was small, not medium and the sandwich was missing one of the three meats. If I wasn't late for work I would have kindly walked back inside and got it sorted...
