Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

Food is pretty good, can’t lie. But I frequently come to the restaurant and the front is DIRTY, and a bunch of employees are standing around chatting instead of up keeping the store. I stopped getting drinks from here because there were black things floating in my drink when I got water from the dispenser. There is an employee who always just looks very unkept. Hair looks dirty. Uniform looks sloppy. I saw him picking his nose once. Just disgusting. I think his name is Justin or Josh. When I see he’s making subs, I turn right around. Furthermore, the conversations I’ve overheard them having are not appropriate for work! Especially since there are minors there. I once saw a young lady in plain clothing sitting in the lobby, chatting with a male employee, then she proceeded to walk to the back of the kitchen even though she is not an employee. That has to be a violation or something. I come here because my husband likes it but I don’t think I want to return! At this point, fire the staff...

This is My first Racists experience in VA that had my worst review, I also a blogger and Resteraunts need to know you definitely don't know who will pop up is at your establishment. Doing a Birthday blog where they give u a free sub for your bday was horrible. The young white girl was very much snotty, smart and racist attitude said we don't have a coupon and threw in the trash after it was made. Prior calling I personally spoke to The Gentlemen who was very nice and said just download the app. I give this my first resteraunt with no stars and never will visit another one after this experience. Also It will be on my blog for other to know, very unprofessional as well as miscommunication , my channels and other entertainment companies I represent. Keep in mind this is my first bad review ever!!

Where’s the MEAT!! (July 11th) This was my first and last time at this location… I’ve been to almost every JMS in the richmond area and have never been this disappointed or unsatisfied with my sandwich. The staff was cleaning up when I got there around 2pm. As I was the only customer in line I figured someone would acknowledge my presence. Several minutes went by before I was acknowledged and then finally my order was taken. As my sandwich was prepared I noticed there was very little meat on it so I commented “that it looked to have very little meat on it” to the reply of “we actually put extra meat on it”.
