I was very unsatisfied with their service!! Went in and ordered 3 sandwiches, one of the sandwiches I ordered was the chicken bacon ranch with lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich I realized there was absolutely NO CHICKEN on my sandwich at all which was suppose to be a CHICKEN Bacon Ranch!!!! I called the store to tell them that my sandwich was messed up and asked what they would do to fix it. I was given an attitude from the lady I was talking to!! She made me feel like it was a problem with me calling to let them know about their mistake!! I was told that I needed to come back to the store and talk to them if I wanted them to fix it!! The store is 20 minutes ONE WAY from where my job is so I had already drove a total of 40 minutes round trip the first time and then had to turn around and drive another 40 minutes round trip!!! When I got back to the restaurant I again told the guy at the front my issue and he gave me attitude and told me he would make me a new one but I had to wait in line and wait until everyone else to get their sandwiches before they would fix me a new one!! I felt very disrespected and they made me feel like I was being a pest and they made it seem like they didn't care about me or the fact that they made a mistake!! I had spent a total of $51 on my total order for 3 sandwiches and all I wanted was for them to fix my sandwich and they acted like that was a problem!!! I got my sandwich after being treated very rudely and given attitude by everyone there!!! I called corporate after I left to tell them about my situation and how I was treated! The lady I spoke with told me that she was going to reach out to the store owner and make him aware of the situation and she said she was going to give him my phone number so he could call me and talk with me about it. I was also told by the lady at corporate that the next time I went to jersey mikes that my order would be taken care of on them. The store owner never gave me a phone call and I went back to jersey mikes yesterday to get some lunch because like I said they told me my next trip there would be on them. When I got there yesterday I was told that the lady from corporate never called them and that if I wanted a sandwich then I was going to pay for it because the manager said he didn't care what the lady at corporate told me because that wasn't her store and that he won't going to honor her word and I needed to take that up with her because that wasn't his problem!!! I called back to corporate again to let them know the deal and didn't get an answer. I left a message for her to call me and she still hasn't returned my phone call. Needless to say I will never go back to that restaurant or any Jersey Mike's for that matter!!! If that's how they treat their customers then I want no parts of it!! Read moreVisited this location after work one day in January 2023 only because a coworker and I had eaten there while I was training for a new position. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak 6 inch sub only to find out after I had left the order was missing the raw onions and peppers that I was told would be on the side. I called the location and the young lady that had taken my ordered was very apologetic and insisted I come back on any day to receive a courtesy Philly Cheese sub that would be made correctly. I asked if there is a time limit on redeeming the "free" sub. She stated "no, not at all, come at anytime on any day". Well, I stopped by this location today to redeem the sub sandwich and the previous young lady employee was not working. I explained everything to the two guys that were working, then one guy pulled out a book in which the employees write the future courtesy orders. No written courtesy sub was found for me was after all of the excuses the young lady spoke of as she encouraged me to come back to get another sub....I will not waste energy or my time ever again under no circumstances trying to support an unorganized SUB SHOP that cannot properly communicate with each other to produce a sub ordered and PAID FOR at the counter of the shop. Placed our order on the app for curbside pickup as I recently had surgery and am still non-weightbearing for another 6 weeks and I was buying the driver that took me to my doctor's appointment lunch. The food was finished fairly quickly, no complaints there. The problem arose with the young lady that brought it out to us. Before handing over the sandwiches she proceeded to lecture us on where we should have parked and that in the future we need to park in front of the store, where there was no parking at the time. After getting the bag I checked it and found the two drinks and bag of chips I had ordered were not in the bag. So after being lectured about parking in the incorrect spot I still had to call into the store to ask for the rest of my order. And the doctors appointment I left was physical therapy so the entire time I'm sitting there waiting I was in excruciating pain but I still managed to be polite...
