Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

I had the WORST experience ever at this Jersey Mike's. I walked in and was ready to order an Italian sub. I said give me a Giant on white but then was joking about not having an in between size between the regular and the Giant. The bleached blonde rude girl who already got the white Giant roll out and sliced it, got mad and threw the bread in my direction when her co-worker suggested I get two minis which is about the size of 2/3rds of the Giant. So I said let's try that and that's when she flipped the bread towards the glass partition in my direction. When I saw the two mini rolls I decided they were too small for my liking and then I said let's just go with the Giant. At that point, he same rude bleached blonde girl flipped both of the mini rolls again in my direction and hastily grabbed the Giant roll and started to slice it again and then just flipped the two pieces up and walked away and said "I can't do this." Another worker who was super nice apologized and he then asked what would I like on it. The rude girl grabbed the sides of her head like I was causing her a headache and stormed in the back. Agin the guy apologized and asked what I would like and at that point I just said to my friend I was with "let's go." I'm not going to give my money to a company that hires rude workers like that. I'm in sales and if I did ANYTHING remotely close to what she did, I would be written up and fired on the spot. That is unacceptable behavior especially since I was totally being jovial and trying to be funny about the lack of an in-between size sub. The two other co-workers were laughing with me and understood where I was coming from with it. Those two workers are only saving grace for me giving one star...

Went to the Midlothian Jersey Mike‘s for dinner and ordered two of same sub (one a regular and one a super). I asked for extra meat on the super and when the preparer started to prepare the sandwiches the other employee was very insistent that I pay then. When I went back to check that extra meat was on the “Super”, the preparer insisted that he had added it to the entire super. It didn’t look right to me but I took his word for it. When I got home, I noticed that neither of the halves of the Super were even close in weight to the regular. In fact, there wasn’t even as much meat as they normally put on there subs on either of the two halves of the super. So, if you are interested in getting what you are paying for at this location, don’t let yourself get distracted and keep your eyes on the preparer. Or better yet, find a different place that is more appreciative of...

This is our first visit to this particular Jersey Mike's and the first order using their app. Beaulah the Buzzer on this transaction. We used the app for the order only to get a message that our order would be ready for pickup in 40 minutes. (First buzzer...) I was not prompted regarding what I wanted on the subs. (Second buzzer...) I called 10 min. after placing the order to find out why such a long wait and was told I could pick it up "now". (Third buzzer...) When I mentioned to the clerk about not being asked what I wanted on the subs and I was disappointed, her reply was "....well..." - an unfinished comment. (Fourth buzzer..) Thank goodness this was not our regular store. I think in the future, I'll order in person regardless of current pandemic conditions, the app leaves much to...
