Jimmy T's Soft Serve — Restaurant in Virginia

Krista makes a horrible atmosphere. My girlfriend and I rarely see one another due to our busy schedules, so we decided on jimmy T’s as a half way point, to enjoy an ice cream and each others company. After we had finished our ice cream we decided we should leave the benches they offer for other people arriving and chat in the car (we both have worked in the service industry). While chatting and just being happy to see my girlfriend, Krista pulls up. We think nothing of it and continue chatting. Then she proceeds to tap aggressively on our window and say “this isn’t the place for that”. I proceed to open the door and say “the place for what”? She repeats herself again and then again while laughing. With no answer as to what the problem is. 5 minutes later Krista starts setting off her car alarm I turn back and see her laughing inside she does this 3 more times, only stopping when new guest show up (extremely immature). I leave my girlfriends car once I have to head to work and quickly after Krista goes to her car. As she is pulling away she is smiling and waving at me. I have been in the service industry 7 years and have never seen a worker so “Karen”. I proceed to get out of my car and ask the young workers if that is their manager or owner they say she’s not. I tip them ten dollars for having to deal with her. I have an old coworker there who told me that krista said my girlfriend and I were having inappropriate public acts. My family and I will never go back to Jimmy T's in Fredericksburg, Virginia, ever again, because of the way that we were treated/spoken to by a female employee on Sunday, April 7, 2025, around 5:00 pm. After my family and I ordered ice cream and all gathered to the left side near the outdoor dining tables to eat and talk, an adult female employee came out of the trailer and rudely told us to move to the other side of the street cones, because we were standing in the way of her customers - even though there were no customers where we were standing at the time. She did not ask us to kindly move... She did not approach us as an employee who cares for returning customers... She was just rude and if Jimmy T's employees do not need our patronage or the money that we spend there, then the six of us have all agreed that we will never go to Jimmy T's ever again and instead, we will go to Dairy Queen, which is only a few miles down the road. I want to preface this review with the fact that I am a big fan of Jimmy t’s and it saddens me to put this type of review. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and the service has always been great and I have a reliably good experience. Lately at the courthouse location I have been twice and paid for a large Jimmy cone, then a large cup and both times not only have I been skimped on the ice cream but also the flavor has been lacking. I understand that prices are going up and I am willing to pay them but that shouldn’t come at the cost of both the quality/quantity of what you’re expecting to pay for.
