If it was possible to give a 0 star review, that’s what I would have given instead. I truly don’t understand how EVERY single time we order from here it is never a good experience. I am very understanding, as I was in the service industry for almost 10 years, but honestly this is just not the vibe. First of all, their timing is never right. They quote 15 min and it’s at least another 15 once you actually arrive for your order, and that’s IF they even have your ticket. Think it could be because it’s busy and they’re in the weeds? Incorrect. It could be dead and they will still not know where your ticket is. More times than not we have either come home with the wrong order, or had to wait for our food. When we call and say something, it’s always an apology and a “discount” that when you order again to use, doesn’t actually exist. Don’t even get me started about the staff - I have never met such a group of rude people in customer service. Most recently, their “new system” (….it’s been like 8 months of them using that excuse btw) lost the ticket for one entree but produced the ticket for the app - when I came to pick up the food they were very rude about THEIR mistake. I get it, sh!t happens, but it’s not my mistake. Then the “discount” they offered was $1…..what the eff kind of discount is that? That’s not even 10%…then when I pointed that out it was $2…don’t get me wrong I’m not strapped for cash by any means but it’s the principal. Like I said as someone who was in the biz I get it but also don’t be rude about it. Your food can’t be trash and your customer service be even worse. Train your staff better or curate better food. Safe to say we will NEVER order here again, and will be spreading the word on just how terrible this experience, as just like all the others, have been. Read moreGood pizza but take your anxiety meds before you get there. Disorganized and chaotic is the best way I can put it. Cramped area to order and no real area to wait without being in the way. I was quoted 20-25 min for two pizzas and bread...35 min later and three different people asking me what I had ordered and I finally had the goods. All-in-all, not a long wait for a Friday evening but frustrating when you see people placing new carry-out orders after you but leaving well before you.
Of course when I saw them put my order together I saw, the pizza had been sitting on top of the oven for 15 min getting cold...so something clearly fell apart in their process. Based on the number of people falling all over each other behind the counter, I'm not surprised. First time customer so hopefully it was just a one-off thing but dang, my heart rate is still coming down.

Read moreI am usually a fan of this place. I really like the vegetarian pizza and have ordered from here several times without any issues. Unfortunately last night, it was a different story. This pizza was so greasy and overloaded with onions It was like they added extra grease onto the steak and cheese and then added it to the pizza. Don't get me wrong I was expecting my fair share of onions on a steak and cheese pizza. Unfortunately aside from the grease that was oozing out of the box and the grease that I could not get off of the pizza I could not taste the steak. After one slice I ended up throwing the rest of the pizza away.
Follow up to this review. 1/4/2023 It was very nice that management reached out to me wanting to make things right. I did return and I had the vegetarian pizza and it was fantastic.
