I called in to request for Korean Hotpot. The staff there doesn’t seem to understand it and confirm with me on the Korean word she think Korean Hotpot is. I described her that it has lots of soup and lots of vegetables, and spell it out what I searched on Google for the Korean word. She said yes, the Korean word she said has lots of soup and vegetables. Then we got hot and we got Bulgogi, which has all meat, but no soup and no vegetables. Very disappointing.

The fried food is always white, not dark cause the oil changed and not just topped off. I never had any problem with the staff or service cause I treat them with respect.
