Ktown — Restaurant in Virginia

I called in to request for Korean Hotpot. The staff there doesn’t seem to understand it and confirm with me on the Korean word she think Korean Hotpot is. I described her that it has lots of soup and lots of vegetables, and spell it out what I searched on Google for the Korean word. She said yes, the Korean word she said has lots of soup and vegetables. Then we got hot and we got Bulgogi, which has all meat, but no soup and no vegetables. Very disappointing.

The kimchi tastes really weird and like it went bad. I’ll never come back to this place ever. And you should avoid this place...

This place is a FIVE stars for one simple reason, the food is incredible! Prices are more so reasonable for the portions too. The soups are made of broth, not water. The fried food is always white, not dark cause the oil changed and not just topped off. I never had any problem with the staff or service cause I treat them with respect. They can make any anything more or less spicy, just need to ask. They're always sanitizing...
