Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

This had been my go-to Taco Bell for the last several years, until today. I had the worst customer service experience in my life. I arrived in the drive-thru line and ordered items from KFC and Taco Bell. From the beginning, the person taking the order had kind of an aggressive attitude; my kids sitting in the back noticed it. When we made it to the window, the person who took the order passed me a cup that had the drink all spilled out. I asked him to give me napkins to clean the cup and he gave them to me without an apology for the bad service. When I was cleaning the cup, he passed me another one with even more drink spilled on top and around. I asked him to give me a cup that had no spills. He answered back with an attitude saying if I didn't want the drink. I raised my voice and told him I wanted a cup with no spills. He then went ballistic, insulted me in front of my kids and invited me to come inside, as if he was looking for a fight. I started recording him. We ordered a beefy five layered burrito and when he took our order he said ok no beef so we cleared it up at the window and said this has no beans right? And he confirmed and said yes no beans. We ordered it without beans because my cousin is allergic to the beans in the burrito and she bites into it and it has only beans and no beef. We go back and ask them for a refund and they question us and fault us and say that he had confirmed it with us and said “no beef” and we said yes. When in reality we had said “no beans.” We even told him to check the cameras to confirm that we had specifically said no beans. Instead he rudely closed the window on us after giving us our money back and refused to give us the right order. Overall they were very rude and disrespectful when the situation could have been handled in a better and more respectful manner. Very disappointing especially since we had been coming in all week with the same order and it had been right each time up...

This has by far been the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life. I pulled up With 10 minutes till close and this speaker said Thank you for choosing taco bell we are currently closed please visit us again during our normal business hours. Me being very hungry I felt a bit put out and was rather upset, bet then a glorious voice came over the speaker “wait ma’am I’m here, we’re open”. I was so happy, and a little embarrassed that someone was there to hear me curse at a Taco Bell speaker. The two boys working were so polite and helpful, the even remembered to ask me if I wanted any sauce, which I assume with their doing side work was probably out of there way. I thought this was the end and settled on a nice win but when I got home another surprise awaited me in my bag. These two Taco Bell boys loaded my Nachos up I was ecstatic.
