My main issue was with the general manager for this location. I had a $10 gift card that I was attempting to use. After swiping it three times and being told that there was nothing they could do, I called the number on the gift card to confirm that there was $10 on the card. After I told this to the GM, he continued to tell me that their terminal does this every 7-8 gift cards or so, and that there's nothing they could do. When I asked him what they do to retain those customers, he said, "Well, they normally just use their credit cards." I felt very undermined and undervalued. As a supervisor of a cafe, if I didn't do something to help satisfy and retain a customer, I would get in trouble from corporate.
I spoke with corporate's customer service about it, and they were shocked that this happened. Corporate was very helpful and kind. I'm shocked that corporate was nicer and more accommodating than the actual general manager.
I am very disappointed and will probably not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate because my friends and I were...
Read moreI really feel sorry for this store. It had a lot of potential when it first opened years ago, after it took over from being a 7-Eleven. As a previous employee from (now gone)store 17 from 1988 to 1991, I noticed a real lack of management and direction here. As I looked in the store. I noticed there were no pre-prepped items such as dough, prep items, pre-made pizzas or Crazy Bread, etc. and an employee was even seen & heard walking around stating, "I'm sorry, I don't know what's going on" and other things you just don't say loud enough for customers to hear. Maybe cut off the overly loud RAP music blasting in the kitchen, focus more on customer service (at least immediately acknowledge customers walking in) and get someone in there that can lead these employees in the right direction and this store would be top notch. P.S. Our pizza was NOT cut thru again, as always but, the Crazy...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars it would be too many. Rude employees, dirty location, and no one ever seems to be working.
This evening we walked in where 20 other people were standing waiting for pizza. Took 10 minutes to place an order. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, customers were irritated. When an employee walked up to the desk and a few customers started asking about pizzas and politely complaining about wait times the employee threw his hands up and said “if you’re all going to get upset with me that’s not going to work for me” took an additional 10 minutes just to wait for another employee to come up and get my money back. I am in full agreement that you won’t get 5 star ⭐️ service for 10$ in pizza and breadsticks but the lack of productivity and customer service at this...
